That's gay. If you have not ever had an echocardiogram proving no cardiac shunt, afib and neuro symptoms is urgent. Brain and spine can come later, but you should really insist on a cardiologist.

True at my hospital. When we had limited information, this approach made sense. Flatten the curve, allow resources to accumulate. We did that! It worked. Now is the time to back off, allow elective procedures and non urgent office visits to happen again. We have the capacity. If it get way worse, we can back off again. But I doubt it will.
