I honestly think that we should end universal suffrage. I think that married males should have the right to vote for the following reasons:
- families, not landonwers or individuals, are the building block of society.
- married men, as the leaders of their homes, have a vested interest in keeping society sane and functioning. There will be some variation about what this means and not all married men will want the same thing, sure.
In this context refers to private- vs government-owned. So they are private companies in that sense.

I think the point is that you needed to declare BEFORE getting the ballot.
The voters had to identify BEFORE voting and show an ID to get a ballot. The clerk and gov declared everyone indefinitely confined and blindly sent out ballots.
