Yeah I mean in all fairness here who can possibly keep up with all these executive orders from the dictator in chief.

You can renounce citizenship and be subject to exit tax if you’re a covered expatriate... but if you transfer wealth to a non-US corporation to avoid tax and don’t comply properly you’re going to be subject to punitive and expensive tax reporting at best and if you don't comply fraudulent penalties at worst (jail time).

I work in this kind of area but trust me, the US is making it more and more difficult to avoid tax via international regimes.

Right now the US only imposes this type of tax on citizens and long term PRs leaving the US tax system (exit tax). But to impose this type of tax on the masses is just insanity. But these “people” are insane.

Only when it suits them. It’s completely sickening. All political theatre.

To be fair a lot of us have been black pilled or at least on the verge. We see the corruption and evil entrenched in the establishment. I don't know how much grace we should give Ben but perhaps he wants to remain idealistic and believe that our system is not completely broken. It's a tough pill to swallow. He should open his eyes and allow himself to understand that this is actually war. Not the first time in history Jews have turned a blind eye to remain willfully ignorant.

I'm with you. I always had respect for him and was listening to his podcast more and more. Then the election happened and all I heard from him after was "show me the evidence" over and over... I'm thinking, dude the evidence is EVERYWHERE. I don't know if he is just extremely naive (he did live in California) or a complete fool to not see the insane amount of corruption. "Trump can't even win a court case", how about because no judge will even hear the case?! Because their family is threatened or they are the SWAMP. So disappointing.

Props! Let’s fuck those Commies up.

From Vancouver! That’s commitment. I didn’t know rational people existed there anymore. Just Chinese and leftards.

You’re not alone my friend. Things are bleak. We the people are all that stands in the way of global tyranny.

I'd highly recommend watching the Crowder episode linked (Eff youtube but this is a good clip). Half-Asian lawyer Bill explains it very nicely. Legally/constitutionally there are paths for Trump to win... but to be honest it looks like a declaration of martial or civil war may be the most realistic options. We can't rely on RINOs.

100%. Optics don’t matter. All that matters is that the republic is saved. We can deal with the leftard tantrums.

1
dadoctor 1 point ago +1 / -0

Same here. He’s really been pissing me off and is not fighting for the republic. Whatever his personal feelings towards Trump, he is supposed to be a conservative. He lives in some bizzaro world where “we need to gear up for the 2022/2024 elections”... somehow Ben doesn’t realize that if we don’t win now it’s over.

Amen. And the demonrats just want to tax more and more. More tax, less representation. What a combo.

Which therefore ends the republic. Taxation without representation. This is LITERALLY the concept that the war of independence was fought over. Why should Americans in the overwhelmingly majority of counties agree to be ruled by select major cities that conduct themselves unlawfully?

I wish you weren’t right but they only listen to violence.

Also - not even the subject of the lawsuit. Constitutional violation and fraud are two different arguments.
