Criminal conviction requires evidence beyond reasonable doubt. I readily grant that the individual appears to be an idiot and a jerk. But proof beyond reasonable doubt of a crime doesn't appear to exist here.
Sorry, but this is not proof of a crime. Otherwise everyone who runs their mouth on the internet could be convicted of a crime without actual evidence they committed the crime itself.
In this case, a crime would be hitting people with the car when there was nothing causing him to fear for his life (people attacking the car). If there's reasonable doubt, you are NOT supposed to convict.
Just because an idiot says "I'm going to go to DC and murder some people today" does NOT mean you can charge him with all the murders in DC that day. (Exaggerated example, but you get the idea - criminal conviction is supposed to require a very high bar of evidence, and the defendant's general stupidity is not supposed to let you skip that process.)
This was a dirty prosecution. The young man was not right in the head, and thus a prime candidate for an overbearing prosecution to manipulate him into saying self incriminating things.

When a vehicle is moving through a mob, and mob members attack the vehicle, the mob members should be held accountable for any injury that results. It could have been as simple as making the driver fear for his life and accelerate into a crowd.
There is a special place in hell for a person who not only harms someone, but harms him by corrupting him morally. The leftists have morally undermined large swathes of the black community. It also reminds me of North Korean society, where even the natural family love and loyalty is destroyed as children turn in their own parents to be tortured and killed by the regime.

This is true, albeit with the caveat that "whites" are actually a very diverse category of people. However today, America is what it is. Complaining doesn't really do anything, so what's your suggestion? Seems to me that making the best of our situation and getting along with each other is the best way forward. This includes adopting the best values available to us, of which the lion's share will come from Western Civilization. Americans of all skin colors need to embrace this, culturally.
That's what makes these conversations so difficult. As soon as somebody says something, we are programmed to place them in various black and white categories. Shades of gray often get lost. I appreciate you engaging and articulating (very well I think) the nuance of this issue.

Before calling them out, I reviewed that person's post history, and they are absolutely pushing white nationalist, scientific racism type stuff on patriots.win. They think they are factually correct, and my response is I don't care whether they are or not - they are hurting the MAGA movement by defining it as white nationalist, which the MAGA movement really and truly isn't. Donald Trump defined our movement already, and only a saboteur could redefine it in this unhelpful way.
I would love to see a more balanced and rational treatment of the n word. As societal taboos go, it has reached the point of absurdity, and some people are trying to have their cake and eat it, too ("it's harmless if a black says it, but it's the end of the world if a white person says it").
We need to articulate and not compromise the values of Western Civilization, but without making it about skin color. It's that simple.
Donald Trump condemns white supremacism totally (his word), and embraces an future where Americans of different races do our best to live with each other. Diversity is not strength. Diversity is not happy smiley rainbows. Diversity makes life hard. However it's what we have, so we have to do our best to live with it. That is the Donald Trump position and it is the MAGA position, and if you don't agree, then as far as that specific issue goes, you are not aligned with the MAGA movement.
But it's a free country (well, supposed to be) and if you want to disagree, then have at it.

The problem with white nationalists wanting to keep the country white is that there are a whole bunch of non-white people who have just as much claim to America as they do. The white nationalists may bemoan that this is unfortunate, and even if they are right, it doesn't matter at some point - the country is what it is, and we must make the best of the diversity that already exists. Turner Diaries fantasies are harmful, as is filling up a MAGA forum with scientific racism - even ignoring whether such things include substantial truth or not. As an illustration, it may be true that a girl is ugly, but her birthday party is neither the place nor the time to proclaim such truth. Similarly, a MAGA rally such as this website has no use whatsoever for white supremacism or white nationalism (whites who are nationalists are fine, though, as are all other colors of American nationalists who value Constitutional American freedoms and values).

Basically calling out fellow patriots.win poster who mocks those who call the left racist. This other poster appears to be a white nationalist. Not just a nationalist who is white, but a real white nationalist. That is a problem here.
