Most elections aren't contested like this one is, and typically the US Senators refuse to get involved. Representatives on the other hand - you can always find some who are crazy people and will do anything.

That may help on appeal. The Dems cheated, and some judges are recognizing it.

Jefferson didn't write the Constitution, but rather the Declaration of Independence.

It's good in the sense that it's a visible protest against the fraud. However the Republican electors certainly won't be counted by Pence, because the law says only to use those selected according to state law. The key here is that the Dem electors didn't follow state law either, so Pence needs to invalidate both.

The best hope is that courageous members of Congress (either without or hopefully with court orders) invalidate the fraudulent Dem electors so Biden doesn't reach 270. Then state congressional delegations can vote and fix the fraud. The answer is certainly NOT going to be Pence choosing the volunteer Republican electors.

That is why the political parties only choose hard core partisans as electors. Think "the actual Hillary Clinton." Think she is going to be a faithless elector if she has a chance to take down Donald Trump?

Where are the adjudication logs, Gov/SecState/AG? Where are they?

It's time for the Republican majorities of the legislature in all swing states to ignore the screaming from the left and do what has to be done. They broke the rules. This is a Constitutional crisis. The right thing is to FIX IT NOW. Some rules are more important than others. When the election is being actively stolen, meet and do your job.

How are they threatening us? Don't you guys control domain registration and hosting? If a court somehow orders shutdown of td.win, couldn't/wouldn't they also order shutdown of communities.win?

You guys have offline backups of everything, right, so we can pick up again?

I dunno. I think the best paragraph(s) were the ones redacted. Guessing something really juicy lives in there.

There is a HUGE trolling opportunity here. Somebody on Twitter needs to reply to His Whiteness and point out that Joe Biden already earned his street cred with the civil rights movement from the very beginning due to his marching in Delaware, and boycotting segregated diners and movie theaters with sit-ins and so forth.

That would be awesome because not a lot of people are aware Shaun King actually did a major take-down of Biden for lying about all this stuff (Joe Biden claimed to have worked with black churches on civil rights activism, but he made all of up - he was totally lying, and it's an outrageous and practically unknown scandal of his). This was back in the primaries. After Biden was the candidate, of course Shaun got back on board.

By the way, if every Dem voter had read Shaun King's takedown of Joe Biden from the primaries over his civil rights activism lies, many of them wouldn't have voted for him. It is arguably an even bigger deal politically than the Hunter Biden laptop, because it cuts to the original sin constantly harped on by Democrats - Joe's racism toward blacks over the years and cynical manipulation of them for votes. Of course, he "won" by fraudulent ballots which, as inanimate objects, don't care about issues, so there is that.

Capability and motive are well established. Does SP say whether the intercepted communications talk about tampering with votes in the 2020 US election? That would make a lot of things easier.

Don’t beat up on u/leahcim for reading the Constitution directly and trying to understand it. That is to be applauded. And to be honest, it’s not totally clear to me either from the 12th Amendment’s wording, I just trust that Robert Barnes and others are reporting it right. It’s definitely not as clear as, say, the 2nd Amendment! ;)

dahdahdah_dahditdah 2 points ago +2 / -0

This seems to be the extant legal view of the 12th Amendment. See also https://mobile.twitter.com/barnes_law/status/1337299805006000129?s=21

My thought process to understand this goes that the states cannot be disenfranchised. If you have 270, then the states have spoken. Otherwise you have to give the states another way to speak. It would be unthinkable (for example) for almost all the electoral college to be invalidated and one state determine the election just by its electoral votes against zero others.

There’s no concept of winning with a bare majority of EC votes. It’s either 270 or else it falls to Congress. That’s what the Constitution requires.

Most prefer to date their own race, and there's nothing inherently morally wrong with that. Some fall in love with a member of a different race, and there's nothing inherently morally wrong with that.

It is a ridiculous fantasy that diversity always improves things. Mixed race marriages may encounter problems that other marriages don't encounter.

Regardless of racial difference or similarity, couples who keep their marriage vows and stick it out together should be celebrated. Seems like that's the truly radical behavior anymore.

No, you are being too sensitive. Ask yourself whether activist leftists truly do hate the things highlighted above (they do). Ask yourself if OP is telling the truth (he is). So what are you complaining about?

You are the one committing a sin - you are putting words in OP's mouth and thoughts in his head that he DID NOT communicate. There is no reason to believe that OP is racist or hates people without children. He is just highlighting the insanity of radical leftist activists, that they hate the most ordinary and mundane of families.

Actually I don’t think anybody is dating. Its just a large family, the way God intended.

Not exactly opposite, because the world is complicated and there were good and freedom loving people on both sides. But close enough!

It shall rise in the best of ways - to defend freedom and equality. To strengthen the USA. To oppose the latest disgusting iteration of Democrat racial identity politics.

What a jerk. He wanted to be judge and prosecutor. Did he hope to be executioner, too, when he piled on and accused Flynn of treason against his country? Prompting even an embarrassed Mueller posse of Democrats to admit that they had never said anything about treason, and tactfully that the judge was way out of bounds.

I repeat: what a jerk.

spez: I should add that many of the mathematical odds claims are totally legit and should be considered by SCOTUS, including non organic birthday patterns, illegitimate dates of ballot return, "I see dead people voting," etc.

2
dahdahdah_dahditdah 2 points ago +2 / -0

Meh, their math is shaky, and I wouldn't want to live or die by it. In the end it's not a matter of odds, but of proven cheating. The excesses of ballots without registered voters and Matt Braynard's factual showing of fraudulent ballots prove that this is not just a case of a really good and targeted get-out-the-mail-in-vote (which is their expected rebuttal to the mathematical odds claim). This extends way beyond that into fraud, cheating, and absolutely destruction of our electoral integrity.
