I have no doubt that Thomas, Kavanaugh, Alito and Barrett will rule according to the law. Our side just needs to make the case and not make assumptions.

Never discount the ability of good people to decide wrongly, given the wrong information. Clarence Thomas doesn't hang out here and read TD.win. And the mainstream news media is carefully filtered to remove the truth about election fraud and leave only garbage.

A "normal" and "reasonable" person will start with a strong suspicion that we are wrong. We need an incredible presentation to break through that default barrier. We need an absolutely kick butt, solid case, and to pray that the justices see this clearly and rule fairly.

He could be a great national politician except that he doesn't have Trump's charisma. Also his facial features and voice aren't going to make anybody swoon. Just being real here - I actually voted Cruz in the 2016 primary. Obviously Trump won my support, and I'm delighted that Cruz is being a strong ally.

Cruz is wicked smart and nobody does a better job of explaining why the left is wrong. The US Senate hates him because he doesn't play their trillion dollar games, so I hope he stays there a long time.

An app is a nonstarter. Google and Apple censor effective conservative or free speech apps. It would be banned from the app stores either immediately or at the moment when it was most needed.

Better to improve the mobile web experience until it is awesome and indistinguishable from a high quality app.

If the legislative branch constitutionally possesses a certain power, then they can exercise that power. If the executive claims to be able to stymie that power, then the executive is out of line.

Seems simple to me. Just do it. Don't ask Democrats for permission.

Consider the possibility these are bulk prefilled ballots algorithmically mostly Biden votes and blank envelopes, and she has to write fake names and addresses on them.

The fake news calling him "Mr. President-elect" was creepy too. They are pushing this way too hard.

I am cautiously thinking the same thing. We still absolutely need statehouse Republican reps/senators to grow a spine, hold their own legislative sessions with or without their respective governors summoning one, and appoint electors to replace the fraud-associated ones.

In general when I type "lol" it is metaphorical. THIS MADE ME LAUGH OUT LOUD.

Well done, pede.

Praying, pede.

It's amazing what they can do with preemies - your baby should be just fine. You take care of your family, we've got things covered here.

Videoing polling and canvassing areas is illegal. That helps keep our elections safe and secure. /s

Why are people assuming this woman is one of the bad guys? She is testifying and not hiding this information. This is exactly what we need - testimony from the inside as to what went down. Testimony from elections staff is even more powerful than from observers, though both are good.

I think they were going to refuse to testify unless their long list of conditions were met, which included wide ranging areas of immunity.

It was obscene that the DOJ didn't subpoena everything and actually, you know... investigate the clear crimes? Can't be disrupting the deep state, though.

Haha, I like your thinking.

Gotta be careful with this one. With Hillary Clinton's circle (Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin, et alia) it was YOU GET IMMUNITY! AND YOU GET IMMUNITY! EVERYBODY GETS IMMUNITY!

I agree, and I upvoted your comment. However I stand by my remarks above. There's a place and a time, and sometimes it's hard to distinguish Trump supporters from shills injecting TOTALLY UNNECESSARY baggage that will only hurt President Trump at this crucial moment in time.

I'm not telling you what to believe, just saying this is a Donald Trump site. You are risking annoying a bunch of people with a fight that doesn't need to be (re-re-re-)fought, definitely not here and now.

And by the way, President Trump says DON'T rename the forts.

Should have been photoshopped out, the meme would have been better for it.

dahdahdah_dahditdah -4 points ago +8 / -12

Should have photoshopped out the Confederate flag for purposes of this meme. No disrespect to the heritage-not-hate folks who in my experience are almost all very fine people (I don't include white supremacists and KKK, who should be condemned totally).

But it's pretty clear that President Trump would not use that flag in this way, and we as a Trump supporting site need to respect that. There are other outlets for us to celebrate elements of heritage that Trump personally doesn't.

Pretty obvious the judge has decided from the outset not to dismiss, since he refuses to even consider major points of the EXTREMELY RELEVANT evidence.

Maybe it's a friend of the Antifa freaks in Kenosha. It's dangerous for them to spend time here, though. Truth has a habit of rubbing off on you and changing your view of the world.

In that sense, I welcome our ignorant downvoters, and invite them to read and downvote lots more posts. They may learn something! Muhuhahaaa!

dahdahdah_dahditdah 3 points ago +3 / -0

For the downvoters, I also love lawyers(!) and love the art of debate and reasoned argument. So maybe just complaining, but the problem I'm drawing attention to is a real problem.

dahdahdah_dahditdah 42 points ago +46 / -4

I hate lawyers. Nothing personal, they just have been trained to be masters of telling lies and getting courts to agree to injustice.

Whenever a lawyer hears me say this, they object and say that lawyers aren't allowed to lie to a court. There is a sense in which this is technically true, but in practice it is laughably and ridiculously false.

I am deeply suspicious of a set of ballots pre-selected by crooked election supervisors.
