Shit wasn't even a "clinical study". Was "observational" and not even peer-reviewed. The study is a farce. Completely uneven control group #'s, and drugs were given to the people at random stages of their hospitalization.
You can't take this "study" at face value.
I watched the Press Briefing, my take is this:
If I had to guess, he's trying to reveal classified information in a round-about way. Likely these dumbed-down quips are to reveal on the sly that the scientists are finding interesting ways of treating the virus.
Of course, he can't come out and say it, likely because they are using controversial means of testing, etc.
Considering they are testing UV Light and other experimental drugs/processes, I surmise the above to be true.
