At the very least, we should disband the CIA whose primary mission seems now to be about usurping its own government. In addition they are amassing money and power far beyond its own purview.
Case in point: In-Q-Tel is private equity agency investor that concentrates on companies developing commercial technology. Many of these technologies have little to do with the CIA’s mission and, some, such as communication technologies, are technologies that are supposed to be the purview of other agencies such as the NSA.
