Election reform is a MUST. Let the states figure out state elections, but for Federal Elections, it must be strict. Non-partisan poll watchers everywhere. Voter ID. No mail-in unless solicited with valid reason.

I'm not a smoker, but something I've noticed is that when you tax cigarettes...you don't get rid of smokers. Now you just have poorer smokers. Same thing with gas.
