Congress may submit a proposed constitutional amendment to the states, if the proposed amendment language is approved by a two-thirds vote of both houses. Congress must call a convention for proposing amendments upon application of the legislatures of two-thirds of the states (i.e., 34 of 50 states). Amendments proposed by Congress or convention become valid only when ratified by the legislatures of, or conventions in, three-fourths of the states (i.e., 38 of 50 states).
The sign of a successful person is how fast they recover from a setback or failure. Refuse to take a dive. Pull yourself together. It's only the first round. Keep jabbing and look for the opportunity to KO your opponent. If they have a horse shoe in their glove, pull their damn glove off and show the referees and the crowds. Cheating at elections is a bad career move. Once it is found out, you are as done as a biscuit.
The media is not NEWS, it is ENTERTAINMENT. CNN, MSNBC, etc. are no more NEWS sources than Saturday Night Live. MEDIA is meticulously crafted entertainment set up to dull the average mind. There are no sharp knives watching these channels, only blunt butter knives. The MEDIA is afraid of real NEWS and works to suppress it. I'm dropping cable this year in favor of wifi only. My cable dollars support all these channels even though I would NEVER watch them. Makes no sense to me. I put up with it before, but after THIS ELECTION...NEVER AGAIN.
iphones: over-ratted; imacs: underpowered. I have a Samsung watch, phone, and tablet and an HP laptop replacing my iphone, ipad, and imac. Happier now! I went to the Apple Store this week - closed, empty. Used to be packed. Covid or just an epiphany? Wasn't Epiphany's a department store at one time?
