IMHO searching for content requires keyboard macros that will weed out the fake news. For instance when I search for something on duckduckgo or on youtube I always include the following strings to weed out some of the crap. The length of the search terms are limited so one can never weed out everything, but it's a start.
For macros in Windows, Autohotkey is freeware and is fairly easy to learn how to use it. I type "dgs" or "yts" after my search term and I get this:
