It does make sense tho, Cloudflare is a big company. But the big leftist sites doesn't use it as they have their own CDN's. TD.win, Gab and similar are among their biggest customers, I don't know what this site or Gab pays for Cloudflare but I'm sure it's not the free plan, which most leftist blogs are using.
Swede here, this is absolutely correct. Lefties always glory our "free" healthcare system, which cost 10% of your income in taxes to operate and you're still unlikely to actually get any help.
There's a government monopoly, yet the politicians has their own private hospitals. Sometimes they even fly to America for better healthcare, that says it all.
They decide who get help or not
They decide the cost for your help, it's common to hear "no that's to expensive so we won't do that", not directly of course, they package their excuses nicely.
Only symptom treatment, they get paid no matter what happens, which means it's better for them to subscribe as much medication as possible instead of actually curing diseases. I knew an old lady who took 4 different pills to make her blood thinner, and 2 pills to make it fatter again. Makes no sense.
Overloaded emergency service calls, it takes at least an hour to get an ambulance and they might still refuse, that's best case scenario.
Doctors and nurses are not hired because of their knowledge but because of their race and gender.
Even if it's "free" you still have to pay a few hundred bucks for medication, dental care, rent for staying at the hospital, food at the hospital and much more.
They centralize everything, so in the US that would be like "oh, we're not treating diarrhea here in California, get on that public bus to New York where they have a hospital specialized in diarrhea".
It's called "potty style", basically he put's a potty on his head and cut along the edge all the way around.
Yea but the tech is good. It would be easy to build a based alternative.
Maybe we ought to buy it up tomorrow when people short the shit out of it, sell the leftists personal information to china then declare bankruptcy and sell off all the assets including that robot dorsley.
I was thinking about harvesting potatoes or scrubbing toilets, simple jobs that not even a socialist can fail at, or at least where the consequences won't be disastrous when they fail.
That dude who sat in Nancy Pelosis chair with his feet on her desk, should identify himself as Nancy Pelosi, then it's not illegal.
Gotta beat the left with their own tools.
This claim about this stolen profile picture is dispooooted
Happens all the time that fake news steal pictures from regular people. There's a case recently where the owner of the picture called them out and demanded to get paid for the picture, they sued the owner and won. She had to pay $50,000 in fines to the massive fake news MSM company and got indebted for life.
Reason: the picture was uploaded to social media, hence it's owned by social media. Not even the profile picture is yours. MSM may have the legal right to just steal his picture, if they pay twatter for it.
Poor guy, now he'll be banned from twatter, and various "fact checkers" will deboonk, claiming that he is unemployed. Lefties will probably threaten his boss too and he might get fired.
A bracelet for your arm with the text "#dontcensor", directly inspired by the "#dontshoot" bracelet handed out to armed gangsters in Sweden, by the former police chief Dan Eliasson.
Socialists doesn't even know how democracy works. They rig all kinds of stats always, for them it's perfectly normal to rig elections as well. They're professionals at number manipulation. Just imagine what they could do if they put their mind into honest work instead.
There's a difference between democracy and direct democracy too. Republics are partially democratic because you choose who represent you. Monarchies are similar to republics, but instead of a president you have a bureaucratic boring prime minister and a funny king instead. The king cannot be chosen but the prime minister is elected, by the party, not the people.
This election however, because of the steal, your choice didn't matter. That's socialism, because socialists never understood democracy, they have fake votes but they always change the numbers in their own favour, same with all stats in fact.
Then there's dictatorships, where you don't choose at all. But at least they're honest about it.
Sounds reasonable, for every group of 100,000 people 2 - 3 will statistically die every day, by natural causes. Just check the death stats and do the math, it's not rocket science.
Lefties seems to think people doesn't die from natural causes anymore.
What do you mean it's not a god idea repeating lies? It worked very well for Josef Goebbels, propaganda minister in Nazigermany, for about 5 years.
To be fair, there's steemit too. A blockchain based social media platform, the site reading and writing to the chain is centralized tho but open source.
I remember a few years ago with the 9/11 leaks and every centralized social media decided to censor this information. Steemit did it too, but they couldn't remove it from the blockchain, so instead they added a blacklist to their open-source site, that explicitly restrict access to that page.
That was the most pathetic attempt of censorship I've seen, what's funny is that there are other sites using the same blockchain, and none of them censored this.
Morale of the story, anyone could at any time open a based and truly decentralized social media platform on the open source steemit blockchain.
I'm not blaming them, that's a massive flow of users they got. Maybe it's a part of the globalist plan, ban so many users at the same time so that the alternatives will fall from the massive influx of users.
In any case, nobody should go back to twatter after this, better find something meaningful to do, take a few days off, then check Gab once they've scaled up.
A site like Gab would obviously need more, just giving the basic startup costs.
- DDoS protection from $10/mo
- CDN - any object storage engine, this will also reduce server load.
- Storage - easy to add in a virtualized environment
- Security - Free if you do it yourself, otherwise you need people with knowledge, but no additional hardware
- Data Redundancy - scale horizontally, that way you'll get a predictable price too and better uptime as you have more servers sharing the load
- Backups - usually you need storage, add 20% to the server cost or rely on multiple servers plus a cold backup
- Caching Services - well that's a part of the CDN solution or can be run on high memory load balancers in front, for very big sites
- Bandwidth - a massive cost if you're on AWS, GCP or Azure. There are cheaper providers out there if you scale horizontally and don't overload your servers
- Databases - cost more if managed, otherwise you run your own cluster on your own servers, this is the last thing you want to replace and should be in the back, well secured.
Fair enough, but a picture at least. Anything posted on twatter will be nuked before anyone has a chance to see it.
Depends on the amount of traffic, a domain: $10 - $50 per year. A reasonable VPS from $5/mo, that'll do 100,000 page views per day easily if the site is optimized enough.
And it's gone... sorry if I sound dumb but why not link to the gaab instead of the twaat? Or a picture.
Who needs prime, when thepiratebay is still open for business.
Convenience, that's the word you're looking for. It's convenient to have everything in the same place, but also very dangerous.
AWS is pricey in bandwidth mostly, other services tend to be cheaper, especially if locked for 1 or 3 years.
Best thing to do as a site owner is to build your own stuff on your own servers, that way any VPS or dedicated server will do, and it's easy to migrate between providers.
