I never really saw much of any doomer talk going on. Ya okay, a bit after SCOTUS booted the Texas case but even then that was mostly a bunch of righteously pissed off patriots. Dave Yost is the AG for Ohio. In his amicus brief, he argues that MI, PA, GA, WI all cheated by usurping the power of state legislatures. Attempts to stop these unlawful acts were turned away by the very courts and executives that were cheating. However, he now argues that since these unconstitutional acts were not stopped and yielded a questionable result in an election, the result must be allowed to stand but the SCOTUS should rule on whether or not it was constitutional for these lower courts and executives to act unconstitutionally. He further tries to argue that SCOTUS would be acting unconstitutionally the same way as the lower courts by granting the relief Texas is seeking. What a complete fucking moron and a coward!

1. We know that the actions of the lower courts and executives (changing election law and procedures) were unconstitutional. Prior case law and THE FUCKING CONSTITUTION plainly tell us as much.
2. SCOTUS plainly has the ability to grant relief which corrects abrogation of the 14th amendment and reasserts peoples rights to equality. This is not an assault on states rights. It is protection of citizens constitutional rights and civil liberties. The SCOTUS actually has no higher calling than to ensure that the rights of its United States citizens are not infringed.
3. Dave Yost is a coward who will talk himself in circles to avoid taking a difficult but principled stand for liberty.

I believe there is an enormous amount of evidence of electoral fraud in several swing states. As this fraud impacts me and other residents of the state of Ohio by the potential fraudulent election of our next president, I expect our attorney general to stand up for our rights. There is currently a lawsuit, originated by the state of Texas, which addresses these claims. I would strongly urge AG Yost to protect the rights of the residents of the great state of Ohio by joining this lawsuit. I would add that I am a very politically active republican voter of 30+ years. However, if this fraud is allowed to stand and our elected Republican officials to not stand up for the rights of their constituents, then I will never vote for another Republican. I do not make this statement idly, nor without serious consideration. I have grown too weary of an impotent party that does little to combat the constant fraud and corruption of the political left in this country. If our elected leaders will not address this then I can no longer, in good conscience, support them and, in fact, feel obligated to actively campaign against them in whatever means are at my disposal.

In addition to contacting your states AG office, also do the following:

Begin calling your local news outlets and newspapers, or emailing. Explain that you heard that the AG may be joining the Texas lawsuit. Ask if they have heard about this and if they will be reporting. This should prompt all of these media outlets to begin contacting the AG office also.

Just a thought. I mean these assholes like to create the news rather than just report it. Let's help them and hopefully create a little pressure.
