I attended the ceremony several years ago when a friend of mine became a US citizen. The room was full of people from every place in the world. They all had come in the best clothes they had to take the oath of citizenship. It was amazing. After it was over, the officer administering the oath selected one person to come up and lead the group in their first pledge of allegiance as Americans. He then asked the group if someone would explain why they had become citizens. It was really quiet for a while and then one person raised their hand and in halting, accented English explained "I came to bring my family to a better place."
By this time everyone in the place is doing what my wife calls "the ugly cry."
This is the right thing to do. If you don't need or want the Goya products, there are plenty of needy people who would be very thankful to receive them.

I've been listening to Rush since he went on the air in August of 1988. He is an amazing commentator and radio host. If you think he's good now, you should have heard him back in the 90s when he was beating up on Clinton every day of the week. Rush is absolutely hilarious and uses humor to make his point every time. The left hates him because he knows the truth and he isn't afraid to tell it. And he tells it in a way that engages people and gets him to listen until they understand. It will be a sad day when he leaves us.

But programming is a God-given talent that few are blessed with, much like dancing, singing, or art. If you can write code like Fred Astaire dances, or Pavarotti sings, or Michelangelo paints, then you are privileged to be a Programmer. They are born, not taught.
