The state is their god. They worship it and participate in all it's rites as sacraments.

More specifically they are called RINOs, neocons, troskyites and we've been bitching about them for decades.

His letters are craftily written to exhibit protected speech and a good faith belief which is covered under the rules of ethics... basically they can shove the complaints up their ass

The rules of ethics also requires that they fully investigate the claim. So by his providing the evidence, to discipline him, they have to “fully investigate” the whistleblower claims and as long as he had a good faith basis in the veracity of those claims he is likely immune from discipline

So basically his argument is 1. It’s protected political speech which is strict scrutiny 2. Even if it wasn’t it’s protected by zealous advocacy made during representation 3. I had a good faith basis for my belief and my comments

If Trump was like you, he wouldn't win anything. He tries to expand the tent, you're trying to shrink it. We have maniacs arguing that due process is optional and a vice president who has bailed out lunatics that are setting cities on fire. We have a fraudulent election a fraudulent pandemic and possibly a demonic cabal working behind the scenes and you you want to split hairs about stupid shit.

Yes, it would be much much much better if voter id was implemented at the STATE level instead of the federal level.

The solution isn't to roll over. Trump IS going to lead.

Don't think some federal agency is going to come and save us. It's going to be us, us taking those fucking seats.

This is what is going to have to be done, you can't just expect criminals to indite themselves.

In places like Philly, cheating has occurred since for forever.

The RNC was rigged too but somehow Trump won.

Yes you have to win within a rigged system.

They can't rig everywhere. We get our people in there to operate/count/etc.

No libertarian wants completely open borders for criminal gangs, terrorists, etc. to just come gallivanting across...

You do want GOOD immigrants though to come, through a legal process that actually works.

It's winning because Trumps popularity and base is increasing, not falling. They just want to demoralize you. They know the draining of the swamp is coming. Usually, after you lose the Presidency your supporters kind of meander off demoralized from the loss. Demoralized from the cheating and changing the rules etc. The Trump Train literally has no brakes on it. Certainly they don't want him running again, but that's not the primary reason for these promises of continued attacks after he has left office. They want to demoralize his support base because they know they cheated and they know that right now he owns the republican party and that it's only a matter of time before the party is entirely taken over. They can only cheat in areas where they control. Lots of shit going to happen in the coming months. Did you know there is no rule in the Constitution or the rules of the House that requires the Speaker to be a member of Congress? 3rd in line for the presidency. You take the house and senate (which must be done anyway to REALLY drain anything), trump fucks off for a while, while they impeach the cheaters through a legitimate actual trial, Trump becomes president. There are lots of possibilities. Especially when you are this popular.

Whether Turtle actually thinks that anything will come to fruition is a different story. https://twitter.com/CBSNews/status/1360716676778622978?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1360716676778622978%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.thegatewaypundit.com%2F2021%2F02%2Fouch-trump-attorney-van-der-veen-happened-capitol-jan-6-absolutely-horrific-happened-trial-not-far-away%2F

He doesn't.

Throwing that man in jail will make him a martyr. They just want to demoralize you. They know the draining of the swamp is coming. Usually, after you lose the Presidency your supporters kind of meander off demoralized from the loss. Demoralized from the cheating and changing the rules etc. The Trump Train literally has no brakes on it. I would bet money that his support and motivation is actually increasing. Certainly they don't want him running again, but that's not the primary reason for these promises of continued attacks after he has left office. They want to demoralize his support base because they know they cheated and they know that right now he owns the republican party and that it's only a matter of time before the party is entirely taken over. Globalism vs. Federalism vs. Anti-Federalism.

I actually think the State legislatures are more responsible than anyone. Over time they've allowed important powers to atrophy and in most cases delegated them away to the secretaries of state to the point where the left claims those powers cannot be taken back (when they absolutely can). It's time that we start seeing them start to flex these unused muscles.

This would mean that anyone could be barred from office by a simple majority. Absolutely insane. Being that the president was just acquitted by the senate on the question of "inciting an insurrection" I highly doubt such an unconstitutional act would survive court challenges (it would affect way more people than trump if it were to stand).

To trigger the clause you must be found guilty of insurrection. That would require that pesky DUE PROCESS that people keep forgetting about.

There is no way around DUE PROCESS.

Mitt Romney is from a blood line of traitors. Look up George W. Romney and Nelson Rockefeller.

"this has never happened before"

Dude, a vice president literally killed alexander hamilton in a duel.... people with balls giving political speeches have happened before... it's just that people like you weren't there to be so pussy about it

I've drank with Rand's brother. Rand has hard line principals and honestly believes that it would be unconstitutional for them not to accept the votes (it would expand federal power). His view is that the states fucked up and he's going to help fix that.

There is no guessing about him. He is EXTREMELY predictable.

That's because violence won't fucking work. This is purely a battle for public opinion.

Anyone who says otherwise is trying to instigate a fucking false flag and bend us over the barrel even more.

There are still LOTS of options.

Anyone who says the capitol incident was anything other than a nerfed (by trump) false flag is a glow faggot.

People dressed for a costume party do not incite insurrections.

If this was an insurrection, what ended it? Oh people just went the fuck home....
