I think that's one of the reasons he started his re-election campaign, and keeps it going even though he still hasn't 100% said he was running again, but it will at least give him the out in court to claim that they are going after a political candidate/rival just like they used on him about biden
Oh regular federal Judges can file injunctions on the executive orders to halt them temporarily in some cases, but that can quickly be undone too if they want it to be... And even that still requires someone to bring a case before them...... a judge can't just wake up one morning, read the paper, see something they don't like, and then call their office to file an injunction.....
But that has absolutely nothing to do with the Supreme Court or them taking cases

To be honest, I don't see how much of anything would be different right now as far as the riots, trial, and all of that media bullshit goes.... Proof is the fact that all of that exact same shit was already well underway while he was President and they more or less handcuffed him from being able to take any serious action without being impeached for it....
It just goes to show that we lost complete control a whole lot earlier than most people even realize.......

The guilty verdict doesn't mean shit and anyone who thinks it does knows very little about the court system in the United States...... He has one of the strongest cases for appeal in American history......
There was nothing surprising at all about this guilty verdict and there will be nothing surprising at all to me when he wins a re-trial on appeal..... The appellate courts are a whole different monster than the process he just went through.....
We got slightly confrontational on one single day on Jan 6th and look at the repercussions from that still reverberating today......
It seems like if we were going to get confrontational, it should have happened years ago before we lost complete control of the entire judicial system, mainstream media, and military / law enforcement
