Reading this tweet and the replies, it strikes me how much conservatives avoid the elephant in the room: RACE. Yes, this story is vindictive and totalitarian. But just saying that ignores the actual hierarchy at play—the victim is white, and our societal ethos is “fuck whitey”. by diversityisgay
