The fact-checkers claim that the 143k ballots dumped at 4am was just an error and was fixed right away. As shown in the data, the 143k ballots were never retracted from the final tally. If the fact-checkers are correct (for once) and these ballots are actually bad, Trump will win Wisconsin by 100k votes.
