I don't see anything wrong w/this plan. Personaly I think we should redo the whole thing everywhere on paper ballots & just spring it on em. No mail in, No absentee. If your ill & cant get there then I dunno they can request & it has to be done by a notary & a witness but thats it. No one else & they have to be of sound mind & incabable of getting to the voting location. No more drop off boxes or random locations. The voting places must be offical with cameras, open rooms, windows etc & the workers must sign shit saying they'll be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All transparent as fuck so transparent it'll be embarassing almost. That they have put themsleves in such a position that any quick movement will be under the microscope making it uncomfortable. I garauntee any people with honor & integrity would sign up for that job. & it might seem like theres not enough time for all that but I say FUK THAT!. We can look at it the way we do natural disters & disater relief. No one says "oh theres no time , it'll cost too much" we dont cuz its an emergency. Well "folks" we have reached emergency standards call it a dister, a natural disater, a human error disater, a "built in glich" disater or an "act of God" dister but its an emergency either way. I was reading about a case that involed the elections & standing/merits & I'm pretty sure it said that the states have to be the defending party & that the citizens have to be the prosecuting side & that they MUST be from different states to be able to go b4 them. I wondered if they didn't take it cuz that 1 man from PA. Since PA is a defendant, it being the same state, idk. I'm no fukn lawyer but from what I understand there's literally like a million different reasons why they could not take a case & none would be cuckin out esp for a originalists/constitutionalist place. That means their gonna follow all the cases b4 cuz that's what they do they don't rock the boat of history gen speaking. Unless of course it's something crazy like brown vs board something to overturn cuz it was wrong from the start. I don't think most of us realized how truely difficult it is to be able to go b4 SCOTUS. Or for that matter having to understand the reasons for & behind opinions, determinations or selection by a group of judges. To this point we've written them off as activists partisan hacks. I think we know this isn't the case here but it's difficult to understand since we're so far behind. I'm constantly giving myself a headache with the rabbit holes on one hand and the actual everyday learning of things like government, politics, economics, foreign policy, history, strategy, warfare, (actual) sciences you get it. So this legal stuff it ain't like the fukn movies that's for sure but & just like with every other topic hollywood had us thinking things happen & play out in a completely different manner. I believe if we get it right they'll hear our case & if they hear it we will win
Oh also i recall something about a state not being able to take up on behalf of many citizens claiming the same injury (like being disenfranchised) acting as a protector or parent fuk I don't remember the Latin terms but that's what they reminded me of. The executive is our tippy top parent/protector thingy & the only one that could act as such in a fight against other states. So I think that means GEOTUS.
