Hasn't a new precedent been set? When the SC ruled that Trump couldn't unilaterally undo DACA, which was "enacted" via EO, they basically said everything Trump did can't be undone by fiat, it has to be undone via the APA.
The only question is, who is going to challenge all of these in court. That's a lot of court cases to file.

Their case basically says every federal election in those states is invalid. California could actually join the lawsuit (although they wouldn't) saying republicans elected to the house in those states was equally invalid.
Of course they won't, because they lost multiple house seats here, and any undoing of the fraud in those states would ultimately result in more republicans being elected to the house... but they do have standing....
