Sorry, I am really dumb today. I meant https://communities.win/c/meta/submit
Oops, use this link: https://communities.win/c/changelogs/submit
Will fix this bug in a future update.
Bug reports can go to the new https://communities.win/c/meta
Part of the reason why Win has the appeal it has to other communities is the fact that they're on their own domain. Communities which have been screwed over by Reddit do not want to immediately jump under another centralized domain.
Having said that, this is the route that we will go for smaller communities.
The current list of Win sites:
We've considered something more Discord-style, but open source and self hosted. If anyone has suggestions (software), we'll look into them. Most of the Discord-style chat platforms don't scale well.
We've had an IRC server before and naturally it was a lot less popular than our Discord server.
We had a brief discussion in mod chat over the amount of gun posts that day, and the way that the backlash was handled. I believe this is the situation:
- there's one mod who runs Sunday Gunday
- there's another mod (or a few) who are normally online to even out the number of gun posts with regular stickies (memes, news, etc)
- the other mod was not online that day, resulting in far too many gun posts (however if there were no gun stickies, there would have been no stickies at all)
If your account was established, then you should not have been banned. We have a QC team for that purpose (they review the bans placed by all moderators)

Let me know if you (or anyone) encounters this again.
Aware. Looking into it. Deployed an update twenty minutes ago to one server (to start with) but the CSS was broken.
Doesn't look like a code error. Cloudflare caching issue potentially, which would be a first.
Let me know if you encounter this again (you probably will).
We received about 5x the amount of applications that I expected in total, within the first hour. It will most likely be the latter.
We won't make any decisions about who to move onto the next stage for at least a week.
The moderators there haven't deleted anything yet, they haven't been active in two hours. Comments can take a while to show up in threads.
