Posts from December 19th to January 7th are temporarily removed. Not requested by anyone, and data was not provided to anyone.

I think that situation will be easier to handle after January 20th. It is unclear how to handle it right now.

No, I believe temporarily suspended Sunday Gunday. It may be back next week.

Search works. We'd like a better search feature in the future.

Just seeing this: we did temporarily remove content from December 19th to January 7th.

This was not at the request of anyone, and the data has not been provided to anyone.

This is true, we've temporarily removed content from December 19th to January 7th, but this is not at anyone's request, and the data has not been provided to anyone.

Member when you guys purged a ton of accounts a few weeks ago

Sincerely, no. We did lose our ban QC process in the Discord ban, so bans haven't been getting the review that they once would have. Appeals still get reviewed, however we used to have a small team specifically reviewing bans prior to any appeals.

now you all seem to think that if only the tards posting violent shit stopped, suddenly the libs would just stop wanting to shut this place down

That is not the common belief.

We don't want to store email addresses or any data which may negatively impact our users if it were leaked. However it is a possible option, with the understanding to not provide private email addresses.

To follow up on my last point -

If we assumed that our lovely forum was stolen (everything except our user database), then one option would be to set the password to the password provided in the first login attempt, regardless of what it is.

For example, if nobody has logged in as u/Doggos before on our honeypot site, if I try to login with my real password ("Hunter02") then the honeypot site could set my password to "Hunter02".

In most situations, the first login attempt will be from the rightful owner with the correct password, so many people would never notice that the site had no idea of their password until they provided it.

That's why, if you've been suspiciously logged out, try to login with an incorrect password first. If it works, then that's bad news.

No, because it's likely that the IP would get deplatformed.

The host would have to be exposed.

A Russian registrar is fine, but not a .ru domain, as I believe that requires handing over a lot of information to the Russian government. Might be wrong, haven't looked at it in a long time.

Yes, looking into Polish registrars for .pl

Lot of options

domeny.pl domena.pl az.pl home.pl

Anyone with knowledge on Polish registrars, let me know!

What would make you think that?

Doggos [M] 2 points ago +3 / -1

We would only ban if you were to go through every post reporting for some clearly invalid and intentionally incorrect reason.

It is still the 'deport' button.

I would be the only one able to delete an account (other than the user, of course) and it was not me.
