Let's be real here. Guys didn't regularly work out back in the 50's. It was still a pretty niche thing and testosterone levels were normal. There's probably more estrogen in the water supply since birth control became normal, and we already know they're dumping hormones into chickens and other animals. Honestly, with regular exercise, or manual labor, anybody will overcome that. Maybe the issue is labor-intensive work isn't as beneficial as it was 40-50 years ago so less men do it? There has to be a way to make sense of this.
