My wife and I just voted in upstate NY, let’s swing this commie state back to civilized!!
I honestly wouldn't be overly surprised to see NY go red this year. NYC defunded the police and crime his sky rocketed. Plus, black and latino votes are expected to swing towards Trump by a lot this year (which is 1/2 the city). I expect upstate pedes to be out in full force this year. I'm not betting on it, just saying I wouldn't be too shocked.

Upstate is red outside of Albany and NYC. NYC will be more purple than ever this year, only question is will it be enough? I actually think yes. I’m an upstate pede too and I really think with the defunded police and crime spike in NYC we have a shot
I’ve been predicting NY for weeks, my friends think I’m nuts. I think it’s quite possible. Black and Latino votes are predicted to swing like 10-20%, that’s literally more than half the NYC population. They’ve been destroyed by looting, rioting, and defunded police. Crime has skyrocketed in response to less police. That should attract even more Trump votes. Upstate is already red aside from Albany. So if NYC is suddenly purple even, NY could go.

When lefties say "I believe in climate change." it makes me wonder who they're talking to. Most Republicans I know believe in climate change, we just also believe that "The Green New Deal" is a pile of shit put together by an uneducated Marxist, and that there are better ways to work towards cleaner emissions.

Literal conversation I just had the other day with somebody who almost always votes independent (doesn't even like Biden) Him: "The real problem in America right now is that people can't have civil discourse anymore." ... Two minutes later Him: "Don't you think if Trump just told people to wear masks it would cut WAY down on COVID numbers?" Me: "No, I doubt it would make a whole lot of difference... [cuts me off]" Him: "That's just science denial" Me: "Glad we could have civil discourse"

Our media has been avoiding talking about the horrors of communism for a long time, our schools were just behind on that front, and now kids don't understand how evil it is, hence somebody like Bernie gaining popularity.
