An extended period of time like that would be great for Trump. Most of the hysteria coming from the left would vanish overnight if these people were only willing to watch one of his rallies, or get to watch him explain himself properly at a debate.
I’m fine with this. Debate #1 was quite the spectacle but it doesn’t need a repeat. I don’t want to hear three people talking over each other again. It really gets tiring quickly.
I’d like to see some other changes too. Two minutes is too short of a time limit to explore any issue in a way worth exploring. Five minutes, at the least, would allow some better discussion.
yeah to pretend that twitter doesn't have a massive influence on the political spectrum of discussion is willful ignorance. I don't even check twitter but it filters down into the popular narrative through other social media and real life discussions.
