Probably gonna happen anyway if Biden doesn't concede and Dems continue to turn blind to the fraud. That was the game plan anyway. They set this precedent a long, long time ago by creating the narrative of "What if Trump doesn't concede or leave the White House?" They knew that this was the end game. They're trying to reset America from the ground up and a little bit of fraud in a presidential election doesn't mean shit to them as long as the end result means they're in power again.
The only problem is that if it gets this far, the Republicans won't get a chance to regain the House, Senate, or Executive branch again. There won't be elections anymore. Only selections and only for Democrats and RINOs. This is pretty much it.
I think this cheating goes beyond the realms of "Dems cheating." More like "Dems cheated and colluded with foreign governments, media, and big tech." One is much worse than the other and based on evidence alone, it's looking like the latter.
UPS is a little trickier because they're privatized and in a lot of ways have less accountability, can open/inspect packages without federal warrants, etc., but it seems to me that UPS is probably just using the same trick as USPS to stop the clock on tracking. This is more than likely because they're either lazy, missed your stop, and/or running late on their route, but still no excuse. My guess is probably that your driver is scanning the packages in his truck, as well, which is very fishy if you have the wrong driver because all it takes is for them to scan it in their truck, not deliver it to your door, and then drive away and they have all the proof that they scanned it with a geolocation tag in front of your house that looks like they delivered.
Yes, but how are you going to prove that almost every post office is doing this when the postmasters and even the district supervisors are willing to cover their own asses because they don't want to be penalized over incompetent, lazy postal workers that don't want to deliver their mail on time? Best you can do is ask for geolocation when said package is scanned attempted/delivered and ask that a supervisor/postmaster inspect/shadow their route and when they case their mail if this happens to you, and if this is repeated behavior, report to your local OIG. There's absolutely no excuse for people to not deliver your mail and out of the 30+ post offices I worked at, only one did not do this. My job at the end of the day at my first office when i first started out as a clerk was to literally scan all of the parcels as attempted so the office didn't get penalized/yelled at by the district supervisors. All these people care about is not getting in trouble and doing the absolute least.
Such an easy thing to fib though. Postal carriers can easily scan it as "attempted" to stop the clock on the tracking so their office doesn't get penalized. Happens all the time. All it takes is to scan a package on the street as attempted and it will show on their end and in the tracking system that someone technically tried to "attempt" to deliver a package when all they did is scan it and fuck off
Former postal supervisor here. This is true and I've seen multiple supervisors and postmasters order the carriers to do this. It "stops the clock" on the tracking numbers so the carriers themselves don't get penalized. It basically means they're doing the absolute least and only scanning it to cover their ass!
LOL literally me after pulling up the GA evidence for my dad.
