I like the contradiction videos. Like when Hillary lied publicly about her email server and then it immediately was contradicted by Comey. I think those kinds of videos are effective at showing the lies. Show the dates before when some crooked politian says how safe and secure the election was with a date at the bottom then cute to a testimony show what B.S. that politician was spewing.

I think you could animate a simple video of how the fraud occured and then voice it over or video over with the testimony explaining how the fraud worked. If we get a good video I would be willing to donate to run it as a TV advertisement (paid for by https://TheDonald.win!!!)

In my head I read January 20th and got disappointed thinking he wasn't going to cross the rubicon then realized he said the 6th, the day the electors votes are counted, and was relieved!

I'm pissed but I'm well off. I have a comfy job that lets me work from home and read stories that just piss me off more to which I comment on them. I do write, call, and have even gone and spoken personally with my congressman and senator. I try to talk with my friends and neighbors but they have started mocking and joking with me thinking I'm the crazy one.

Honestly, I'm hoping that if all this falls apart my state can secede from the other states. I will push for that because war is honestly the last thing I want. I will fight for peace and what I have. I watched the Patriot with my son the other night and I could strongly relate to Benjamin Martin's character. He looked to be a coward by everyone including his family because he avoided war at all cost until war came to him. I don't think he was wrong for waiting as along as he could.

I swear I've seen other pictures and even video where he freaking crawled up onto the tank and started banging on the door. That dude had had enough that day. I don't recall what happened to him but I think he was carted off to prison.

I believe the term is "laches". I learned this from all the cases the judges dismissed.

I will dimiss any outcomes that do not find evidence of fraud on grounds of "laches".

Moore got through because he was pushed there through the open primaries. Independents and Democrats voted for Moore so the Dems could then "kavanaugh" him in the election with made up claims about molesting a young girl 30 years ago.

Yes. The original paper was filed and he was added in an amended attachment along with the other states who filed as amicus (i.e. support)

Shelby is a swamp creature. He was a Democrat who saw the political wind shift in Alabama and saw an opportunity to hide amongst the other RINOs. Shelby brings in the pork for the military in Huntsville which is why he's been in office so long.

According to SCOTUS apparently nobody has standing:

  • States have no standing - Texas vs. Et. Al.
  • POTUS has no standing - Trump signed onto the Texas case
  • Electors/"We the People" have no standing - TBD Sidney's case <-we are here
  • Citizens have no standing - TBD Lin's case
  • POTUS Individually has no standing - TBD Giuliani's case

According to SCOTUS apparently never is the correct time to file charges because "laches"

  • People sued before elections regarding the mass mail out ballots (case dismissed as no evidence of damages
  • People sued after elections because of mass mail out ballots (case dismissed because it should have been stopped before elections).

Box 3 is looking pretty empty.

On one hand Trump could just be virtue signaling his support for Christmas in the midst of a culture war that about to heat up with Biden's Presidency.

On the other hand Trump could be preparing his George Washington crossing the Delaware moment.

Fun fact: Democrats sent their own electors in 2016 and had willing congressmen agree to protest the results of Trump's electors but couldn't get a single Senator to agree.

There is an "understanding" in the Senate that you play by their rules or else there are consequences. The weakest consequence is you get complete isolation from the Senate and can get nothing done. The most extreme consequence is well... up to your imagination.

"Monday afternoon, Deal’s body was escorted from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation crime lab in Pooler to Deal Funeral Directors in Statesboro."

Hard to know if O'Sullivan was directly involved with Deal's case or not (source)

I was saying it was the same because I was using 1050 / 3500 (the original total number) which gives 0.300.

Your ratio is changing because if you use the new total (i.e. 2750) it doesn't include your tossed out 750.

Rubicon Don crosses the Delaware on Christmas day like every great Patriot does!
