One thing I will mention is that if you read the 2000 page PDF released last year, there are pages where Sharon Churcher, a journalist, emails her telling to include Alan Ders because “he looks like a pedo”. I found that weird that the journalist was telling her to include someone like that.

I don’t think that’s exactly what happened. Read the few pages before and after in the deposition. She’s given a new article by Sharon Churcher and she’s asked to mark the statements which were incorrect in the news article. That’s what she corrects saying the article claims Trump flirted with her but that’s inaccurate. After a few pages, she also says that Churcher embellished a few things in her article.

Fix your schedule as much as possible so that you are always going to sleep at the same time.
Absorb sunlight through out the day as that helps fix your sleep rhythm.
No stimulants like caffeine, pop, coffee, sugar, nicotine, preworkout supplements etc.
Set the temperature to quite cold.
Have a heavy comforter which gives a nice “safe” feeling.
Shut down your computer, phone and other screens 3-4 hours before sleep time.
Don’t listen to high energy music during the 3-4 hours before bed either.
Stay away from twitter, Reddit etc and definitely don’t get sucked into fighting over politics.
Try melatonin - but try very very small dose. The graph of melatonin shows that it does the opposite of what it’s supposed to do if you take too much - awake and feels groggy next day. So take small dose. I buy the smallest dose (3mg pills) and even that I split in half. So I take only 1.5mg right before going to bed. Also don’t swallow it. Put it under your tongue and slowly let it dissolve. The under the tongue has the most nerve endings and absorbs fastest.

From reading the deposition, it seems like she said that Epstein used to say he was friends with trump but she never actually saw them. She also said Sharon Churcher had Lied in her reporting and trump had never flirted with her.
