I do think you need to speak to a lawyer and do it asap to get her out of there. I can't imagine what she must be going through of 2 months of not seeing any family and not even being able to facetime. I have also seen too many videos of nursing homes abusing the elders and I hope that's not what's going on.
If I were you, I would speak to a lawyer ASAP and have a family member in touch with her ASAP. Cannot let elders fade away and treated like this. It's absolute fucking bullshit.
