To be fair, the ruling came the day after she was sworn in. The hearings and briefings might have already happened before this ruling. I would be hesitant to criticize her until her ruling on this.
Only think I would be concerned about especially after the Project Veritas expose from today and yesterday that in PA and MI, USPS was backdating ballots. If that's happening, then it would be a fraud and not get caught.
