Yeah I hate it. Its legal here in GA for us to be armed as it's a private non elementary school and we are not affiliated with the public system but our insurance company will not insure us unless we have an official policy against open possession of arms although since the education building shares space with the Church (upstairs is youth ministry) we as employees can have secure arms in our rooms.
It's sad that something so simple as "shall not be infringed " becomes such a hassle just to do something as simple and good as protect the children.
The school director and secretary have access and their office is next to mine. Yall need to know the reason myself and others send our kids to schools like this outside of lack of pedo rainbow propaganda is to spare the kids being in a prison style environment. So I can't and won't walk around fully armed in front of the kids and risk upsetting parents. We basically have a gun in every office and most class rooms stored and secured. Is it tactically as effective as everyone having a gun on their side? No. But it's a functional compromise and a hell of a lot better than gun free zone.
My office is next to the teachers office and they have access and someone is always in there.

I work at my church and my office is in the Education building were we offer pre-k to kindergarten and I have a quick access safe with my H&K at all times. I know of at least 4 teachers that carry and every other building here has 2-3 offices with staff that carry. So yeah someone tries this shit here the only thing the cops will be on camera doing is cleaning up what's left of the shooter
