Easiest thing would be to find the RINOs from each legislature that haven't signed on to the lawsuit yet and call them. For example here is PA: https://thedonald.win/p/11QldGloCV/updated-list-of-pa-legislators-t/
Yep. I doubt they WANT to take the case because nobody really wants that huge of a responsibility; being the 9 votes that ultimately decide millions of votes. But for the sake of the constitution and country, they HAVE to take it.
"How do we have a Dem AG and governor?" - Probably Dominion. Notice how they "froze" NC at the same time as the other swing states but when they were able to "find enough ballots" in the others they decided they didn't need NC anymore.
There will always be a couple of RINOs, but after all the evidence of fraud they were shown, along with the SCOTUS ruling, and the pedes pressuring them, it's hard to see the vast majority of them not doing the right thing. Plus we can afford for one of the 4 states to cuck out.
The lawsuit isn't about fraud, so I doubt that would bring any audits or invalidate any votes. The relief they're asking for is the states' legislatures to pick the electors because their elections were unconstitutional.
Well quite frankly it's our best chance. Rudy has already shown the legislatures all the fraud, pedes have already pressured them a lot via email and phones, if the SCOTUS rules their elections unconstitutional it would seem unlikely that the republican legislators would vote for Biden. Trump even said himself this is "the big one".
Does it even make a difference? With the amount of RINOs there's no way we'd get a majority vote for it in the house or senate
