The ONLY way this happens is by Constitutional Amendment - the only way a Constitutional Amendment happens in our current political climate is through a Constitutional Convention of States. Beyond a convention, nothing WE THE PEOPLE want will happen over the next 12 or 100 years.
The states violated their own laws - Texas lost the battle - there is no recourse for SCOTUS when it comes to State Election Laws - this is part of the Federal System - the states are sovereign. They choose their own electors. If they break there own laws, SCOTUS doesn't have standing to fix. The individual vote doesn't matter, even if it's a fraud. The states are not bound to votes being used to select electors, the legislature can vote however they want, and the people's recourse is to vote them out of office. Oh wait, the systems are rigged, so you aren't going to do that either.
The only way to fix the system via the rigged system is via Constitutional Convention of States, and that will likely NOT happen. Therefore - secession may be the only option. States do not have the intestinal fortitude to do the right thing! It's ALL smoke and mirrors.
Hmmm. They voted for witnesses, which is what they wanted. I’m actually kind of pissed that they didn’t get what they asked for and what they voted on. That the house impeachment manager are able to dictate how the senate conducts business makes this a huge clown show.

Slow the Spread is propaganda for "slow the spread so we can keep the economy shut down and destroy America". It's meant to deceive us in to believing wearing masks will help destroy the virus - if it's even a real thing. Stopping the spread was never the plan, it's always been to slow it so that it sticks around longer, and they can go about their socialist plan to destroy the economy, small businesses, etc.

DJT's impeachment articles 2.0 state that he falsely claimed election fraud. So, when the next smoking gun comes out - will they repeal the articles of impeachment?

Take the subpoena to the courts as an Unconstitutional Act, the impeachment does not apply to Private Citizens. Impeachment exists for removal AND disqualification from public office. The "AND" is extremely important. You cannot disqualify a private citizen - it is an extreme violation of the constitution. Moreover, if they get away with this - they will begin impeaching CANDIDATES. It will be the end of the democratic republic.

Allow the Senate trial in order to publicize the fraudulent election. One of the articles of impeachment was his "claim of a fraudulent election".
He wins on the merits, he loses on the political factions within the Senate. The trial cannot happen if we want to keep our Republic. The mere fact of a trial on a former president, a political opponent, and a private citizen sets the precedence that the rogue House and Senate can impeach anybody they want!
A meaningless political move, since the Speaker has literally all the power to introduce bills for a floor vote, or to assign to committee. Impeachment articles by a Republican will go nowhere, unless Pelosi wants it to go somewhere.
To that point, Marjorie Taylor Green, introduced the bill, and I've been waiting to see if it has content to it - ya know, like actual violations of law cited. GEOTUS bills never cited a single crime or misdemeanor. There should be a rule that all impeachments require an actual cited law violation, else, fill out a HFR and move on. (HFR = hurt feelings report)
The protocol should have been him returning a salute, he is the senior - the Commander in Chief. That is protocol.
That the Marine's didn't salute isn't necessarily the story, they may not do so out of protocol, or because they BOTH can't salute. The one Marine you do not see is holding the door with his right hand, and therefore cannot salute.
The story isn't his disregard/disdain for military protocol, it is that he has an ear piece, and has to be told to salute the Marines. He is likely in cognitive decline, which is why he repeated the command, and didn't take the action.
Just thinking out loud - Secession doesn't save America, it's protects the Americans who believe in the Constitution, and those who happen to live within the borders of the seceding states. By seceding from the Union, Texas (and others that follow) will ultimately speed up the fall of the Republic, and these United States will fall to a socialist democracy.
I think it’s a matter of...the American people went against the Bohemian Grove. In the recent past, with the exception of Gore, a concession has occurred, so whether it was rigged or not didn’t matter. To the public eye, the losing candidate conceded. 2016 was an eye opener to the process, but it was quickly closed because Killary conceded, which was likely an attempt to conceal what lie in wait for 2020.
They are trampling on our 1st amendment rights. The people that descended on Washington, and the Capitol were LAWFULLY carrying out their 1st Amendment right to peacefully protest, and petition the government for redress of grievances. Those that entered the capital were ushered in, and those that became uncivil were antifa/BLM. Not sure about the girl that stole Pelosi's laptop. Reports say she deleted all of her social media, listing Parler as one of those platforms - it may just be that she never had Parler, but they would like you to believe she did, and therefore was a Trump Patriot.
If we cannot have our redress in court, as has been shown over the past 3 months, and the legislatures of those states have been ignored by the government, then they have violated the peoples right to have our grievances redressed. This is a systemic takedown of the first amendment. While political affiliation is not a protected class under anti-discrimination statues, it is protected under the first amendment. PERIOD!!
Moreover, Congress continues to act without the consent of the governed. It was revoked when they illegally certified sleeping Joe as the president-elect, and failed to give the American People their redress of grievances - this is why Patriots assembled in DC on 6 Jan, it was not sedition. If anything, it was the Capitol Police that incited sedition, and Congress that broke the trust of the American People - without that trust, their is no consent to govern, and without consent to be governed, the governed have a right to protest the continued actions of the seditious House and Senate!
