Recount legally changes the count of votes/ballots. Audits only look at the process, and are not part of the Election Process. This is an interesting thing to note about Georgia - they said they were performing a recount, but they performed an audit. Big difference. Listen to his live streams (GA), and his updates - they did not perform a recount.
It's an audit, not a recount. There is a distinct difference. The latter can change the counts, the former is just a check of the process. This is why the counts won't change. GA is doing an audit but giving the people the belief that it's a recount.

Here is what I think - The machines will read sharpies or ball point pens - a mark is a mark. BUT, they have the ability to change the sensitivity of the machines. The votes don't get tabulated until election day. They expected a higher number of Biden votes in early/absentee/mail-in voting.
I thought I read that the sensitivity can be adjusted based upon a voters registration affiliation as well. So you could set the sensitivity for 40% on a Blue voter, vs 100% on a Red voter. (unconfirmed)

I have long though elections have been rigged since at least 2000. Even when I lived in NY, I couldn't figure out where the liberals were - now in California, I find them everywhere. Might be time to reinforce TX and keep it from falling victim to the blue pilgrimage.
I think the other pages in this affidavit are more compelling. While I agree this proves the machines were tampered with, the table that shows the timestamp and raw election data tells a more compelling story of how this election was stolen.
I can't seem to find the full affidavit - but if you want to prove election fraud in any state, look at the raw data. ANY state that shows decimals in the tabulated data feed is proof of election fraud.
The spikes only show that lots of votes were counted, and they allege that it's physically impossible, but also state that votes can be stored on memory cards and added to the machines for tabulation. (Agree, this is suspect as well)
