The decimals show that votes are weighted. There should NEVER be decimals in the number of votes cast. 1+1 = 2
In a weighted race, the votes are weighted by the candidate: Example, lets say a vote for Trump = .6 and a vote for Biden is 1.6
1 * 1.6 = 1.2. |.
2 * 1.6 = 3.2
(So it will look like the number of votes casts is higher than the actual voters). Dr. Silva = Voters = Votes or Votes (not=)Votes
Trumps votes would offset this, so 2 votes for Trump would be equal to 1.2.
So the decimals in the raw voting data absolutely show the Weighted Race Voting was turned on!
