I disagree with defunding colleges. Just git rid of the the liberal arts and the USA will be a bastion of HARD SCIENCE. Physics, CS, ME, CE, BUSINESS, ECONOMICS (ok MATH too I guess), without all the GARBAGE LEFTIEST shit.
