Oysters are great. I used to go for liver for the copper, but oysters solve that and zinc too. I just wish I could source them better since I don't necessarily trust the canned Pacific ones.

Digestive issues actually! A form of IBS. Last I was wheeled out of the hospital I was under 100lbs and near death.
Cutting carbs was huge, but I do find i need some. I tried the carnivore diet but couldn't make it work without a little potato and occasional rice.
Whenever I see data now, I compare it to history and how we ate in the past, or when health issues started popping up for the population and why. Turns out nothing they say makes any sense when all our problems started happening after those shill "doctors" sold us the big lie.

I was in an out of the medical system for a good chunk of my life. Fixed everything with red meat, raw milk, saturated fat, eggs, potatoes.
It's literally the opposite of what they recommend, and I'm healthier than ever, no medication.
The current problems in the medical system are what we get when communists gain control of anything.
They're feeling it too, and worse.
Trump is patient because he knows exactly what they are going through right now, and the best thing for us is for them to crack. Losing control means panic, or anger, or lashing out, and that's when the enemy makes a mistake.
Relish in the chaos and use it to understand your enemy. A hundred million people are gaining true knowledge of their enemy's psychology, and the pawns on the other side don't have a clue what's going on.

They're brainwashed and deserve pity just as much as the other brainwashed NPCs. They aren't the enemy, and that was made crystal clear the moment it was revealed how extensive the communist takeover had become.

Those calling for violence don't understand violence, nor do they understand the game that is being played.
The name of the game is propaganda. Making a move toward violence just because we don't get our way would immediately reinforce the narrative that we are fascists who solely want power, so the goal is to exhaust the arguments being made against us until the left is ready to give in and look with their own eyes.
The media has slowly backpedaled over the past few weeks, going from "no voter fraud," to "voter fraud, but not enough to change the election" to silence or the claim that we are destroying Democracy. That's good! That's called winning.
The very last claim the left could make was that since the Supreme Court nominees were elected by Trump, they would vote in his favor. They can no longer make that claim, so they have nothing left.
With nothing left, the China connections to our politicians start rolling out. The media will do its best to defend against this, but it isn't a defensible position. After that, the China connections to our media will start rolling out, and there's nobody left to defend them, even with lies.
The trick is to start slow, and reveal the lies piece by piece, sowing more and more doubt, until their psyches are prepared to be flipped back to the truth, and then go directly for the throats of the liars. That's how you defeat the Big Lie technique of propaganda.
Let's say I'm a brainwashed lefty. To me, I trust the media to tell me the truth. When you come up and tell me "the results were leaked, proving the Trump case, and that's why they don't release it" I immediately think, "wow, I would have heard that on the media if that were true, so clearly this guy is biased and a liar." And then you have to fall back on them not supporting transparency, but psychologically I've convinced myself of the lie and you've already lost my trust.
They will always fall back onto morality and feelings, and will ignore all facts and evidence. Stuff like blocking investigations and hiding data doesn't help us in court, but it helps move more people to our side because you can bypass the media and go straight for their fake sense of self-righteousness.
You could just as easily argue that because Biden hasn't actually been elected, there hasn't been damage, and therefore no standing. The Constitution only cares about the final result as far as "damages" are concerned, but that isn't how the law is applied.
The cheater states reneged on the contract with the "United" States. It happened already. Everyone has standing.
Unfortunately this is information warfare. If it's leaked, they can call it unconfirmed, and just ignore the situation. That's why we can't really respond with the leaks even if they are 100% correct.
With leaks, the response is: "Those are unconfirmed. Trump made it up."
Without leaks, our argument is "what, so you don't support transparency? What do they have to hide?" which is nearly impossible to argue against.
The best thing we can do is bring attention to the block. The suspicion is just as effective as the release of the data because we hold the moral high ground on muh transparency.
