It’s not as neutered as you think as it’s technically an “other” firearm and was in fact purchased over the counter in the state I live in. But yes, I am cut off at 10 rds, but at least it’s not a pinned mag

Good to know! I appreciate any/all firearm knowledge-however, I live in a blue state and removing that will change the classification of the weapon and no longer make it compliant

I’d love to be able to have more than 10 rounds as required by IL Duce Cuomo

I mean I’m in the medical field, so it’s gonna catch some viral particles-keyword some. Cloth masks are a joke, even N95 doesn’t have small enough holes to block everything. So short of a gas mask with a biological filter-it’s gonna be nowhere near 100%

Unfortunately, they aren’t processing orders unless they are over $100 currently.

That’s not the case here, that’s an interesting way of trying to get around the regulations though. This specific weapon is from Patriot Ordinance Factory named “The Constable” and the way they explain it being an “Other” is: 1) is not a rifle as it does not have a buttstock. Features a spineless cylindrical tube that does not allow any stock to be attached. 2) Is not a pistol as it has a minimum barrel length of 12.5” and has a second grip. 3) Is not an “Any Other Weapon” as defined by the ATF as it has an overall length of at least 26” and a vertical foregrip
