That's meant to be a tongue-in-cheek comment. Women voting has been a disaster for the state of politics, however. You can name countless exceptions to the rule, but on average, a woman is not a good, moral, well-informed voter. The same goes for many other groups that I mention in comments under this post.
Non whites, women, homosexuals, atheists, indebted individuals, convicted criminals, and communists should not have a say in politics. If changes finally come in suffrage rights, every other positive change will follow.
White women can't "vote wrong" if the can't vote. Gotta repeal the 19th.
You gotta have a white wife and white kids. A white women needs a white husband who's is a real man and demands she be a real woman. Our political system needs to recognize that truth.
We need to get white women out of politics, out of the workplace, and back into church pews and back in the kitchen. White women need white husbands and they need to be making white babies, not writing Op-Eds or filing papers.

Looking at the map I see only two red counties that are isolated among blue counties without sharing a border with any red counties. Not so much the other way around.
