If Trump enacted an Executive Order that was created by Abraham Lincoln that would be hilarious.

Okay I read the whole thing and while it provides for damning consequences... I don't see anything directly inferring the results of the election would be changed. It's all regarding financial freezing and seizures. I assume someone implicated wouldn't be able to hold public office, but it doesn't strictly say so in this Executive Order.

I'm so proud my State is in for it. I called my AG yesterday and voiced my support, glad to see it worked.

Thanks! Just called, said I was a Kansas voter in Johnson County. She immediately responded with "...and you would like him to have the State support the Texas lawsuit?"

I said yes and reiterated why I was calling. But it sounds like they're getting enough communication to make them very aware of what is going on.

It's as important as an entire state, but the time/effort needed to analyze it would be much less. I really hope someone from their Campaign or another attorney has looked into it, because it seems like it's just being ignored and it's so vital.

When the initial vote-changing data study came out by the user u/pedeinspector here on TD. I noticed Nebraska included some too, not a huge amount like other states... but enough to flip District 2.

I noticed it was enough to pull Biden down to 269 if PA and GA flipped. I tried pointing it out but didn't get much traction. Glad to see another thread about this, with more hard data to back it up.

It needs to have its language clarified so that the lawyers at these Tech Giants can't keep slipping through loopholes anymore. The key issue is the "or otherwise objectionable content" that is included in the acceptable-to-censor statement (the list cites pornography, gore, murder, etc.) Having that line allows them to claim anything as falling into "otherwise objectionable" and get away with it.
