Honestly, the long more likely fight is in the courts and a house delegation. That will almost certainly give Trump the win. I'm really not too sure we can win against this level of voter fraud

Bush era establishment swamp GOP wants control back. This is their last ditch effort. If Trump loses this, we will never ever get the establishment out again. They will put up safeguards. If Trump loses, America dies

THats what I last heard too. From what I can gather GA keeps "finding" votes that they need to take into account. So while GA was supposidly finally done last night, now it isn't again

Annecdotal sure, but I don't know a single person here in NoVa who voted Trump in 2016, and everyone I know voted Trump in 2020 aside from 2 Jorgenson voters. NoVa isn't gonna be as blue as normal.

Rather die than live under the CCP

Agreed. Comes from a lack of direction and a lack of leadership the naturally comes from an ideology based off hyper-individualism I think.

I'd browsed the original subreddit a few times but only briefly. Heard about the exodus here via Tim Pool

Ron Paul was the man to get me to pay attention to politics in 07/08. I would say I'm a bit more moderate than he is these days.

Agreed. When I used the term conservative I meant more basic republican. Definitely been aware of being closer to Trump than the left. Always have had trouble explaining to people the fascists, like nazis were a left leaning authoritarian ideology, not far right.

Well then I'll fit right in with loving America and hating commie scum!

I'd planned to vote libertarian like I have since the first election I could in 2008. Stakes are higher than I'd realized at this point and I started to slowly realize that over the last 4 years.

I definitely see it. I think the compromise is my ideals are libertarian and likely always will be. But in reality we need to temper the idealism a bit.

Thats what I've noticed for a few years. Trumpers would always talk and debate with me, and even with leftists. Leftists shout, call me a fascist and block. Which is hilarious cause libertarians are about as far from fascism as possible.

I can in no way understand how people can think Trump is more authoritarian than the dems and leftists. It's not even close.

Well I imagine when he gets re-elected he will push hard for things with no holding back. Nothing to lose with it being the second term.

Oh for sure. I haven't followed MSM in 10 years. Always seen the crazy mental gymnastics, engineered outrage, and corruption. I'm still a libertarian at heart but these past few months I feel Trump has really made a move to show he stands by the people, and not the corrupt swamp.
