We can use all that US military experience assisting and supervising elections in the Third World in Georgia. Paper ballots and ink on your thumb when you vote! Easy way to limit fraud and to get things counted on the day of the runoff... no need to have weeks to count votes if US military runs it without Dominion and DNC management.

The only possible positive that I can think of is if Feb is for the final report but some of the audit data is released ahead of time to allow the PA Legislature more data decide if they will certify the election or if instead they will bypass election results and have the legislature vote.
that was what I originally thought, but reading again, it seems that the 9K+ count for Trump here is just a correction in the recount tally.... not a county error in the original election votes for that county.
If they cheated in the original election, it stands to reason that they are cheating in the recount and this is just one cheat or error detected in the recount data / calculation.
You can assume that if dominion electronically flipped thousands of votes, they now need to manufacturer Biden votes in the recount so that it appears that they have the physical votes to match the original election totals.

ammo has been very difficult to get since about May. Even then price went up 2 and then 3 fold. Now, even at any price, very hard to source. 9mm, .556, .223 and even buckshot sold out. Only birdshot seems to be available for shotguns.

Those who thought ahead and bought when covid first hit may have thousands of rounds. The best loyal customers of local gun stores probably are on a list to get first crack at any new shipment. In their defense, you would not be able to sell your machines to Venezuala (yes, Dominion customer) and other 3rd world despots, if you did not have these features, including the weighted voting feature. It seems that the whole industry has these cheating features. The sad reality is that there is not much of a market for voting machines that are honestly locked down and dealing in whole numbers - one vote per voter instead of fractions. How the hell half voters exit, other than for cheating, is beyond me.
It may be that certain kinds of cheating fail Benfords while others don't. Traditional gradual ballot stuffing and ballot discarding probably doesn't impact it? But dominion or scorecard or vote flipping is probably more likely to? Also, massive 100% ballot stuffing for 1 candidate might also trigger. The issue with the Dominion "glitches" is that one candidate gets votes added and the other gets votes subtracted.
So adding votes (to Biden) should cause the data to fail the Benford law.
But what is removing votes from Trump expected to do for Benford's law analysis?
The only close example I would have where a legal form of weighted voting is used would be in corporate elections where one class of shares gets more votes than others. Otherwise, it would seem to just be for Banana Republics. For example, Dominion is used in VENEZUALA.
Ironically, some of our biggest tech masters of the universe own special shares that each have more votes than the mere mortals who own common stock in these public companies. Google's Brin & Page and Facebook's Zuckerberg all have such super preferred shares so it is easy to see how they would be fans of bringing this weighted voting in our US elections. The elites want more votes than the deplorables!

I am a retired scientist who worked at a major university and I watched the whole video. It is well done. I did not see any significant problem. It shows signatures of an algorithm for vote transferring at play here. It's similar to the Benfords law analysis, though different. This allows us to identify the states, districts, and precincts where investigations need to occur first. It also identifies the candidates that benefited from the likely fraud.

Are you implying that these are running estimate of votes that are extrapolated from 100K exit interviews and that they keep adjusting on the fly?... and that they were interviewing shadowy voters in Detroit and Philly at 4 and 5am? agree. its likely more of a dominion play... Nebraska probably runs a more honest operation at its polling / counting centers. It probably doesn't have Tamany hall-like egregious in your face fraud like in Philly. Not as many dead voters and torn up ballets etc. So the fraud is more of a pure play electronic fraud by Dominion / Scorecard / Hammer.
