I've been a lurker since 2016. I watched on the sidelines as the madman called Trump took over the polls.

You have to remember, back in the 2016 primaries, it was essentially a perfect storm of 16 bad candidates and Republican in-fighting, and in the middle of it all was Donald John Trump stoking the flames. He was this scary force that all the Republicans feared and trembled before, and the lefties thought it was hilarious. The media may have kicked off the meme magic before anyone else, because they thought it was funny to see Jeb! and Marco and Ted and Cucksic melting in the glory of Trump. By the time the primary hit my state, almost everyone had dropped out, and I said, "Well, he's going to be a madman, I hope he doesn't kill us all." I voted for him.

After then it became clear that Trump was going face to face with the Democrats, and all that fire that he brought to the Republican party was going to be laser-focused at Hillary. It was then it became clear, he's fighting the Democrats too! By election day, I proudly voted for him. And that day was magical. Even with all the odds against him, I could feel, something big is going to happen tonight. My neighbors in the dorms were having a big watch party as the night went on. We watched as results came in: North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania? Could this happen? Michigan, Wisconsin, the entire South! This is happening! It was unbelievable! As Trump soared past 270, and we sat in this quiet little party, I felt like something big was happening. America is fighting for itself. America is voting for itself.

And ever since that day, America has been led by its avatar. He is America incarnate. The Nouveau-Riche style gilded Trump branding, the diet Coke, remember the buffet of Mickey-D's for the college football teams? The elimination of ISIS, the cuckening of Iran. Dumping the fish food at Shinzo Abe's koi pond, crossing the DMZ with Kim, the speech at the UN - "Didn't expect that reaction, but that's okay!" It has been four years of absolute meme magic, and I'm grateful to have been a part of it.

And in this year, in 2020, the Plague, "I like to call it that, the Plague," came in. We all freaked out, we were scared. But Trump had his daily press briefings, he worked with the governors, and everyone was getting along. Things were going to be okay. The hospitals weren't crowding, we had the ventilators we needed, and governors were praising Trump, thanking him for his help! Cuomo, Newsom, Inslee, everyone was saying "This administration was there for us and gave us everything we needed." It looked like everyone was on the Trump Train, because everyone was on Team America. But then the Plague was going away, and we needed to be full of hate again. The Race Riots were activated, and we had to be angry at Trump. It was just to set the stage for an angry election season.

I hope November 3 is magical again. I hope we get another four years of this, because it's been fun. It's been good. And this time, I'm not lurking. This time, I have you guys. This time, we're out in the open. Let's Make America Great Again, and long may the Star Spangled Banner wave.
