Same here. I live in Texas, no income tax to blame, but our property taxes are ridiculous. 2.5% of a made up value that goes up every year, no matter what. Capping itemized deductions increased my tax burden.

Thanks, that makes sense. I did several PACER searches, even by atty Powell, nothing comes up. Looks like they still have time to fix the "typos", I hate they occur on pages 1 & 2.
Anyone know the case number? I don't see the lawsuit on any docket in PACER (federal gov't e-filing service). I'd like to read the actual as-filed version, can post here as well.
