It’s possible during technical evaluation of the bid, the tech eval team had weighted assessment criteria, and a tradeoffs/best value contract was sought, allowing the evaluators to accept bids which didn’t have all the features?

I haven’t read the procurement info on this, so I’m just guessing. It’s also possible the state just structured the RFP and procurement to “sole-source” because specific features of the RFP were only available from Dominion, like “ability to select a candidate as winner regardless of votes cast”

Well, if you want to go the boring way, look into Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). If you want the shortcut, search for info about “RFI” (request for information), “LSJ” limited source justification, and “sole-source” contracts in government. Basically, identify a capability in a product that only one vendor can provide and learn how to write a justification for why you need that specific capability. A good use: “I need modules from a specific vendor to upgrade said specific vendor’s hardware” (HP server blades won’t fit into Dell blade chassis) A bad use: “My wife’s boyfriend’s software company makes the only application that has some esoteric feature no one really needs but I wordsmithed a reason my government agency needs that feature. Please ignore the fact that I’m a shameless cuck and my wife said I could watch our bull next time if he gets the contract”

Yeah, I’m with you on this. Not even triple wrapped and double masked. Probably catch something from just looking at her.

There’s a “FUCK WOLF” next to an “IMPEACH WOLF” sign about a quarter mile down the road from Gov. Tom Wolf’s family home (where he resides) in PA. You have to pass the sign to get to his house.

Probably every other week there are protestors gathered about it 200yds from the house protesting his lockdowns and business restrictions. Cops are often called on them for the blotter to just report “legal protest occurring outside Governor’s house. No action taken”

I actually prefer Ken Matthews to Mark Steyn, but Ken is my local afternoon show after Rush on the AM talk radio station.

This is what I’ve been telling people about my experience with ‘Rona.

I had the flu two years ago and it was short, but MUCH stronger. I’ve had far worse hangovers too. Only thing ‘Rona has on them both has been duration and severe fatigue.

Probably not enough water available to waterboard Ruby. You’re better of dunking her than pouring the water overtop.

Careful! Fucking husbands and fucking kids sounds a lot like pedo Democrats! ;)

All joking aside, I hear ya! I want to go out with the wife for V day and can’t because of these foolish lockdowns that didn’t stop us from getting ‘Rona anyways!

I’m on day 7 of the ‘Rona. The fatigue is the worst. I’ve had a worse time with the flu and have had worse hangovers. This is just a LONG cold for me.

The article says that re-infection is uncommon during 90 days, and then says

We won’t know how long immunity lasts after vaccination until we have more data on how well COVID-19 vaccines work in real-world conditions.

meh, I'll take my chances. I have it right now, and it's a mild flu. Just exhausted all the time, and some coughing.

MoCo and PG certainly bring their own shit to the state, but I feel like Baltimore was there first, doing it corrupt and old school for far longer. Plus, Pelosi is a Baltimore native. I can never forgive Baltimore for her. :)

Fuckin’ Philly, ruining a great commonwealth. Just like Atlanta ruins Georgia, Chicago ruins Illinois, and Baltimore ruins Maryland

I can't imagine how KellyAnn's marriage works with her husband. He's clearly tried to sabotage her career more than once, and doesn't support her publicly. That's got to be devastating.
