Might be the same reason we all said it doesn't matter if it will be a landslide, we need all the votes we can to overcome the fraud.

If we think this is easy, we will stop digging and helping provide leads and support for the cases.

"Before a photograph of the document had been released, Chornenky appeared to deny the claims on Twitter on Monday. β€œI’ll resign when you sprout even an ounce of integrity and obtain the intelligence to check your facts before spreading filth about a person whom you don’t know on a topic about which you have not the slightest clue,” Chornenky tweeted."

Violation of equal protection, AND consumer protection standards specifically related to voter/election scams and identity theft.

https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases/2008/08/ftc-cautions-consumers-about-voter-registration-scams There's precedent and pre-existing awareness of scenarios that violate consumer rights, but we are now challenging a new angle of violation. Instead of probing for personal information like SS numbers for the goal of personal financial injury, we are seeing canvasing efforts gathering voting status that may have later been used to fraudulently cast votes in that person's name, which is injurious to the person in other ways. One of those injuries IS violation of equal protection.

It certainly would not be the most significant angle to argue in these lawsuits, but bringing consumer protections on the table brings pre-established protections/laws/precedents/evidence of past nefarious actions that target voter rolls to the table as well. It's another angle to suggest a wrongdoing and how that wrongdoing caused injury. I'm not the most eloquent speaker (just love to think!) - Sorry if I'm articulating my thoughts in a confusing way.

I wonder if the argument can be made that - If I truly believed my safety in regards to voting meant I needed to stay home and vote by mail, and on.... October 20th I felt my deadline to mail in time was a week away....So I mail in my vote the following week so it'll arrive in time....

But then the state supreme court announces something new. Someone else in my state who chose not to vote in time (according to the first deadline), had a second chance to send in a vote on Nov 2nd, 3rd, even worse the 4th and still have it counted - Well that person had the opportunity to vote with a week+ additional information that I didn't have when I felt I HAD no time left to cast my vote.

Many things regarding elections and candidates ARE public information, right? Is there a crossroads between my right to vote and my right to public information, and was that infringed compared to someone else's?

So it isn't just about the acceptance of votes, it's also about some people not knowing they could still vote by mail (especially if communications about extensions were directed at some demographics but not others), and it's also about the amount of information I didn't have when I was told I had to get my vote in.

It's a a very nuanced argument, but I think it's there. Also, the second chance to vote means the integrity and transparency of provisional ballot counting is more important than ever.

That was one of the most incredible light switch moments for me philosophically. I'm much more conscious about taking small details (and people's excuses for them) for granted.

The suits are moving incredibly fast.

In all seriousness, for so much to already be compiled and in motion???? With hardly any peep of defense efforts outside of disinformation campaigns, silence, and denial?

Imagine what this case would look like if it ran as slowly as other things.

Bonus: Everyone's attention is on this. This isn't like Russia collusion and spygate where the information is so spread out in time and place that nobody is paying attention or able to keep up. This is front and center!

What's weird is Twitter is choosing to auto-apply a disputed tag, rather than just "This information may not be verified."

Why is their blanket scarlet letter so bold and decisive?

Witnesses to intent, malice.

That's really the missing link making everything else researchers, lawyers, and pedes have found stick. That is huge.
