Just came across a site called metabunk. The few posts I scanned seemed to be people asking for help to debunk things that look bad for the left. Maybe we should pushback over there with some of our crowdsourcing power.
"Didn't a bunch of his cases get dropped?" "Aren't his lawyers abandoning him?" "Even the fox news guy that's been deemed better than the other fox guys says the last standing attorney is a nut job"
It's powerful disinformation.
For once, the perception favors Trump and discredits the media. Cheers to that.
Hearing Biden yelling and Kamala giggling will be a red pill by itself for many.
It's more signs than I've seen this entire election season.
It sucks to see, because it's why things will never change for this neighborhood.
I've had many... But currently, its the "he crossed state lines looking for trouble!!" line about Kyle. It shows how many people are unaware of both the presence of out-of-town agitators at protestors; AND how many people think these protests are really peaceful and that some kid just showed up and opened fire randomly.
To add an additional layer, you want Kyle to ge arrested and prosecuted while you're protesting arrests and prosecutions? I am someone that ADAMANTLY wants to see the end of mass imprisonment (promoted by which party?) - how can anyone protesting to defund the police and promote equality be against self defense, against the right for anyone to protect themselves?
Thanks for listening pedes. As a former leftist I feel quite alone these days.
Why?
Everyone is stuck at home, curious about what's next.
They're all tuning into these daily press conferences.
They're seeing Trump speak at length for the first time - not through headlines and sound bites but full pressings.
This is honestly a great silver lining.
Some are saying things like "I don't like the guy but the China thing is hilarious. He's right"
In a lot of ways, when I see someone preface their statement that way, I think they like him a lot more than they're willing to say publicly.
Happy to see friends I left behind when I jumped on the train getting on board now.
