WASHINGTON - Senator Jerry Moran said he will not vote to block the results of the 2020 presidential election. In a “Note to Kansas,” published Tuesday in the the liberal rag Manhattan Mercury, Moran said he is a full fledged RINO - in the vein of Mitt Romney, and must object to anything in the United States Constitution.
“Voting to object to the electoral process with such a large constitutional basis would go against all I stand for and would risk undermining our democracy — which is built upon the rule of law and separation of powers. No victory for what is constitutional today can be worth what we could win tomorrow,” said the Senator who represents Kansas.
Moran said he considered supporting President Trump’s challenges, but “in every instance, the judgments were petty and ran against due process, and no judge or Supreme Court justice — including those appointed by President Trump — has inspected the evidence sufficient to expose the multitude of fraud experienced in this election.”
Moran’s decision goes against that of other Republican members of the Kansas delegation. Senator Roger Marshall, and representatives Ron Estes, Jake LaTurner and Tracey Mann, have all said they intend to object to the Electoral College Certification for President-Elect Joe Biden when lawmakers meet on Wednesday.

Sorry to be long winded here ... but for those interested in one way to expose the ballot count fraud. There has been much discussion here among the pedes about how the vote counting fraud can be exposed using Benford’s Law so I decided I would take a look (btw I have a little education in this area so of course that had an influence on my decision to investigate) Benford’s Law (really Newcomb-Benford) is a description of the distribution of digits in seamingly random numbers that says the digits in those numbers are not really randomly occuring at all.

But if you want to be truly blown away (and you still have Netflix after the Cuties debacle- I used my son’s account) watch E4 of Season 1 of the show Connected on Netflix. It is quite an eye opener!
It is very possible the Trump team is looking to Benford’s Law as a way to prove the ballot counts are fraudulent. (Jr subtlety indicated they had proof). Could it be they plan to use BL to prove the non-randomness of the vote counts in the different polling areas? Is the gentleman who is soliciting funds to obtain and analyze the voter registration and vote counts planning to use BL? Will BL expose the effects of “scorecard” that Gen T. McInerney has described? So many questions.
We can assume the other side has anticipated this moment/scenario and conditioned their fraud in anticipation of forensic data analysis of the vote count. I bet they never anticipated the landslide of Trump support, the number of fabricated votes required and in their panic made many mistakes however, as others have pointed out.
I believe there must be consequences for bad behavior (we all agree) then the rest of the country should boycott Pa and the businesses there-in. Same goes for Mi and Ga. If the leaders and people of those states are not willing to fulfill their obligations as citizens of this country (ensure fair and legal elections, especially national elections and hold elected officials accountable) they do not deserve a congenial seat at the table.
If/when the Trump campaign is successful in exposing the corruption of this 2020 election, what mechanism is will be used to correct the injustice? Do we believe DHS, US Marshall Service or the FBI will enforce the remedy. The fucking FBI tried to over throw the country. DHS does not have the manpower and neither does the Marshall Service.
I am just having a hard time understanding how this will work. The Founding Fathers anticipated men of moral character would have disagreements and would work things out with the courts and our Constitution ajudicating the differences. We are not dealing with honorable people and the don't respect our Constitution.

Please President Trump pass an executive order immediately to protect the evidence. The SOS of the dem states will destroy the ballots as soon as they "finish counting". They did it before (2018 and Bush/Gore). Issue a EO that includes minimum 5 years imprisonment for any election worker AND their SOS in any state that does not protect the ballots cast in their state until Nov 2021!
