It’s beyond appalling that Trump does not lift his finger for us. People have been arrested for going to church and he doesn’t order his AG to send a cease and desist to governors and cops for violating the 1st amendment and criminally violating civil rights. He doesn’t demand the AG prosecute the governors.
Trump didn’t send in U.S. Marshals to guarantee observer access after it was widely reported that Republican observers were kicked out of counting places on Nov. 3 and 4.
Trump doesn’t fire a clearly corrupt AG and FBI Director who do nothing despite widespread reports of fraud.
Trump doesn’t appoint a special prosecutor directly to investigate and prosecute the fraud and alert the public of his or her findings.
Trump doesn't even sue in Georgia over 20,000 out of state illegal absentee ballots (Powell sued).
Trump ordered documents released to the public and does not fire the CIA director who ignores his orders.
Everything Trump, says in public and Twitter is great. However, why be President when he wastes the powers of the office and role of chief executive for 4 years.
I’m sick of people on Trump’s team wasting their time on the worst strategy to fight the fraud. The executive branch is responsible for investigatory and law enforcement operations. Trump is chief executive. He can fire Barr and appoint a special prosecutor. He can order specific trustworthy federal prosecutors be assigned to an investigation. He can deputize whoever as FBI agents to investigate the fraud and release the outcome to the public. How can all of Trump’s team be the stupidest people in the world given their bad performance and advice.
Trump can appoint a special prosecutor directly who can prosecute election fraud in 48 hours. Trump can order specific trustworthy prosecutors to investigate the fraud if Barr is fired. Why is the strategy to pursue the least likely chances of success in courts and state legislatures. Investigatory and law enforcement action is the most likely avenue of success. Trump can fire heads and he can directly appoint or order people. He can deputize whoever as a federal agent with powers to investigate. It’s ridiculous he is ignoring the easiest path. Barr is running out the clock. He is a rino cuck.
We need it now. Anyone who is advising him is criminal. Every single lawyer on his team who doesn’t implore Trump to use the investigatory and law enforcement functions of the executive branch to fight the fraud is committing malpractice. Where is Rudy on telling Trump that the best way to fight the fraud is on having the DOJ announce credible evidence of widespread fraud. All the people on Trump’s team are snakes. No excuses.
We need an AG who will not obfuscate the powers of his office in fighting the election fraud. We don’t need civil or criminal cases. We need the U.S. DOJ to lend its credibility to election fraud claims by announcing that there is widespread evidence of election fraud. We need an AG who will stick up for the Pres in court. We need an AG who will support and defend the use of martial law to remedy the fraud if need be. Barr is not this guy. Barr is running out the clock.
It is an act of cowardice to refuse to fire Barr and ignore the evidence apparent to everyone: Barr is an establishment sack of shit.
You’ll call me a shill. Not true. I’ve been a huge Trump supporter since he called for a wall. I defended him, supported him, and gave money to win red defense fund. But this failure to fire Barr is beyond comprehension.
There is a huge disparity in what Trump says and does. Based on what he says, he is the greatest President we ever had (Reagan is second. He was Pres when things were still reasonable so I give Trump much more credit for being unique for the times). Based on what he does, AOC couldn’t inflict more damage to his stated goals than he has done to himself. This is not about being an outsider in a complex political environment. This about being an abysmal chief executive and being so bad at using executive power that the conclusion can’t be any other than the two possibilities listed at the top. A 15 year old working in a pizza shop would be more adept as chief executive.
The most basic argument for Trump being a plant is he literally appointed an entire swamp to his law enforcement/intelligence/defense agencies despite repeatedly calling out the swamp when he ran in 2015. He screamed about it for 2 years at every campaign event. But who did he put in, the swamp. It boggles the mind. People here will make excuses that the senate needs to confirm his appointments. That’s true. That’s also not an excuse to appoint people who will actively work against you and have proven themselves to be deep state swamp. Every other President appoints people who are more likely to be approved than some of the more perfect choices, but they are trustworthy and loyal. In both congressional terms, the Republicans controlled the senate. They might be rinos and cucks but they play ball. It’s not Trump’s nature to be quiet. He put in Wray, Mattis, Kelly, Tillerson, Nielsen, Bolton, Prebius, Barr, Haspel, and others. He fired Bhara in NY and left every obama deep state prosecutor to constantly persecute conservatives for 4 years. When Wray testified to congress that white nationalism and not anti white racism/antifa/BLM is the biggest danger, it was criminal for Trump not to fire and replace him. When no action whatsoever is taken on prosecuting people who illegally spied on Trump and his campaign and launched a crooked investigation, Trump did not fire Wray or Barr. When no one has been sued for campus censorship, despite Trump signing an executive order on it, no one was fired.
He tweets about things like campus censorship, bringing troops home, and releasing the various intelligence documents to the public. He issues executives orders on campus censorship and releasing the documents to the public. What does he do: nothing. No phone calls to the AG or FBI Director asking what time federal investigators are arriving to a particular campus that censored conservative speech. No orders to the various directors to immediately release the documents to the public. Something is very wrong here. Based on how Trump communicates, he’s smart. He has immense emotional intelligence. He knows how to read a crowd and his party. He was a very polished speaker in the 80s and 90s when everyone thought he should run for President. He dealt with shady NY contractors. If someone who reports to you blatantly ignores you and refuses, you fire him or her. If someone strings you along, you know it and fire him or her. The inaction speaks volumes. Trump tweets that the deep state spies on conservatives. He calls out fisa and domestic spying. What does he do: signs the patriot act renewal and NDAA. He said he was going to clean out the swamp in the intelligence agencies in 2015/2016. What does he do: nothing. He puts more swamp in. He does nothing to change the leadership of the intelligence agencies, DOJ, homeland security, and the FBI which he said were filled with swamp. He never ordered his appointments to set new hiring, firing, and promotion policies to put in conservatives. He never ordered his appointments to increase transparency and implement restrictions. He never ordered investigators from other agencies to investigate those listed above. He never put in monitors to inspect the work and make sure it is honest and not political persecution. Her repeatedly says one thing on Twitter and then does nothing or does the opposite.
He hears reports of Republican observers being denied access to counting on Election Day. What does he do: nothing. He does not send in U.S. Marshals to guarantee legal observer access. He says the machines are rigged. What does he do: nothing. He doesn’t order the seized (federal election/national security/election interference). His campaign doesn’t even file a lawsuit in Georgia to impound and forensically analyzed the machines (Powell did after three weeks). He knew fraudulent mail in ballots would be stuffed in and signatures would be ignored. What did he do: nothing. He didn’t order secret service, the U.S. Marshals, or anyone to impound and forensically analyze the ballots. He did not sue after the initial tallies to review and forensically analyze the mail ins for signatures/fingerprints/ink. His legal team: worst imaginable. Rudy had credibility as Mayor but since has become a joke on both sides. He worked in a law firm for Ukraine and he isn’t smart enough at 70 to not stuff his hands in his pants on a bed with some random woman. His team constantly is too late to everything with the suits. His team bungled the PA lawsuit.
There comes a point when we must be honest with ourselves that it is more likely Trump is a deep state plant or Manchurian candidate. There is no way to explain the disparity in what he says/tweets and what he has done for 4 years with every decision/appointment/inaction. His advisers might be terrible (he selects them), but he says all the right things to the public. He is in communication with countless based media and political personalities. A man who is swift can’t ignore all the criticisms about his inaction and appointments without having chosen that course.
For all people talking about the deep state sting, I hope so. I really hope all this could be explained away. It is an incredibility stupid strategy, though, I can’t believe a President will waste 4 years of his Presidency putting in deep state appointees who work again every goal and prevent him accomplishing anything he says he wants. It’s not sane to risk the future of your people when you have the power to make big improvements now and are not guaranteed a second term. Maybe the deep state wanted this whole thing. I hope I am wrong. But how could he stand by while Barr impedes every investigation and runs out the clock. How could a man who fired people on tv for 45 million a year hardly fire anyone. You tell me. Even if Barr is part of the plan, how do you explain Bannon and other patriots being prosecuted and our side undermined by the feds on a repeated basis? How can the WH have leaks on a daily basis without implementing measures to prevent it? It’s beyond comprehension.
