I don't think they were planning to rape or kill her. She said that they treated her like "an adult" and allowed her to sit at their table when they ate-- unlike the girls they trafficked. So when they ultimately realized they may need to kill her, they weren't necessarily well prepared to cover it up. She now lives in hiding and has to frequently move.
She never got political. She never referenced Donald at all, and never once painted the Trumps in a negative light. She only referenced Ivana (post divorce in the 90s) in an off-handed remark she about the fact that celebrities were frequently brought in to socialize with the Epstein group. Her story is consistent with other stories, and she does indeed live in hiding. From all I heard, my inclination is that she leans conservative but is playing neutral because she doesn't want her story to get lumped into politics and be instantly discredited as a politically-motivated hit piece.
OP here, with a summary of the first hour of the interview.
Maria Farmer worked as Epstein's assistant for over a year. Her story took place in the '90s. She was a graduate student at the New York Academy of Art (NYAA), which was a grooming ground for pedophiles. Funnily enough, she had a German roommate while studying abroad who warned her years before that NYAA was a grooming ground. Maria dismissed it as a personal gripe. But sure enough, her German roommate turned out to be right. The NYAA Dean, Eileen Guggenheim (who still works at NYAA), would spend years emotionally abusing and conditioning young female artists ultimately to pressure them into pleasing big donors. Maria fell prey to this. "Do it for the academy," the Dean would say. Big pedophile donors would begin by buying young girls' art and then inviting them on trips for art residencies in extremely remote locations where they were further isolated and groomed before abuse. After abuse, they would gaslight them with gifts and praise. If they sensed any retaliation from victims... they threatened to kill them. These were very powerful people.
As a broke grad student, Maria was offered a position to be an assistant to Epstein and Ghislaine in New York City where she worked before moving out to Epstein's Zorro Ranch in New Mexico. She said that funnily enough, while Epstein was said to be the big man in charge, Ghislaine actually ran the show. "Jeffrey just sat upstairs and got three massages a day," Maria said, "Ghislaine did everything." Jeffrey claimed to be a banker but Maria never saw him working. Things slowly became very disturbing.
While Maria worked reception for them in NYC, Ghislaine would come and go through the entrance, issuing errands, etc. Ghislaine frequently told Maria that she was going out to "recruit nubiles for Victoria's Secret," and at one point slipped up and said she was going out to "find nubiles for Jeffrey." Maria was shocked, "I thought it was for Victoria's Secret?" Ghislaine caught herself, "They need to have Jeffrey's approval first." Maria was even in the car with them sometimes when Ghislaine would jump out, run up to some girl, tell a fake story, and come back with the girl's contact info. The girl would appear the next day, walk in through reception to meet Jeffrey, and were not often seen again. Ghislaine and Jeffrey were careful to select vulnerable girls that were socially isolated, didn't have family support, or lacked father figures, so that they could ultimately ship them off to different locations without getting caught. Initially, however, they would build rapport and create an appearance of legitimacy. They groomed and conditioned these poor girls to be unable to recognize what was happening to them when they were ultimately abused. Maria said that Ghislaine would often even have high-profile figures in the car with her while she jumped out to talk to girls. Ghislaine would gesture back to the car, using her VIP guests to win over the girls. These high-profile passengers did not always know what was going on, though Maria is certain that many of them do.
Maria said that one of these passengers included Ivana Trump, the divorced wife of our Donald, who had children at the time. Perhaps this is how Donald found out about Pizzagate, long before anyone else.
Eventually, Epstein offered Maria an artist residency at his ranch in New Mexico. They had pinhole cameras in every room and she grew accustomed to having no privacy. Ghislaine would frequently refuse to feed Maria and other girls. The ranch had military-style barbed wire fencing far out on the perimeter of the estate, armed with guards. The bodyguard of Epstein told her that she could never leave without permission "because they had sharpshooters and dobermans out there." So she grew accustomed to the high security and it wasn't until she had been working there for a year that she began to fear for her life. Ghislaine would frequently steal Maria's art, and tensions between them escalated until one night Jeffrey called her to his room. He coerced her into giving him a foot massage, during which he began to moan. "Come sit down," he said and patted the bed. In that moment Maria knew she was going to be raped. And she was. Ghislaine entered the room and together with Jeffrey they gang-raped Maria.
As it happened, Maria's two little brothers were visiting her at the ranch that week. Jeffrey and Ghislaine spent much of their time in NYC and traveling abroad and just happened to return to the ranch and assault Maria while her little brothers were staying there. They were downstairs and did not know about the assault. The next day, Jeffrey called Maria and said "last night was amazing." Maria, unable to directly confront him about what just happened, instead confronted him about stealing her art. "Where are the photos I took of my sisters?" She demanded. Jeffrey, sensing her willingness to confront him, immediately changed his tone and suddenly asked- "Maria, what do you want to not be worried? I will give you anything." Maria hung up. She brought her brothers into the room and barricaded the door. She dialed 911 and the operator picked up. "I'm at the Zorro Ranch and I was just raped by Jeffrey Epstein. I think he's going to kill me." The operator dismissed the claim and hung up on her. Maria was stunned. She called back. This time the operator explained, "Ma'am, that's not possible. The sheriff works at Zorro Ranch, he's at their front gate right now." And hung up. Maria was petrified. The sheriff did indeed work security for Jeffrey Epstein.
Maria then proceeded to do something she had learned watching Oprah. She called every single living person she knew and told them what happened. "Jeffrey Epstein just raped me last night, I'm trapped at his compound in New Mexico, and I think he's going to murder me." The responses she got were shocking. Almost every single person she knew laughed at her. Some even blamed her for it! Maria realized that everyone she knew in the NYAA circle was in on this. They all knew. Over the course of years her relationships had been curated and sculpted by these wicked people with the sole intention to isolate her in a moment like this. She called her father. He was the only one who listened, though he was too shocked to respond. He came to pick up the brothers, and Maria took them outside to the gate even though she thought she was going to die. The dobermans barked but the sharpshooters did not shoot. Epstein's bodyguard was confronting her during this time but she marched on to meet her dad at the gate. She successfully got her kids into the car and then went back inside to pick up her things. The bodyguard was pacing back and forth around the front door like a madman, clearly plotting how to kill her. None of the employees gave a shit about her or the girls that were victimized. Much of the upkeep on the ranch was done by Fillipino slave labor, "stolen from their country," as Ghislaine once stated proudly.
The reason Maria survived is because Ghislaine and Epstein saw her making the calls via their security cameras. Maria correctly maneuvered by telling every single person she ever knew that she was about to be murdered by Jeffrey Epstein at Zorro Ranch. Epstein, Ghislaine, and their bodyguards concluded that there was no way they'd be able to kill her in the near future. They would have to let her go and wait. Perhaps discredit or intimidate her in some way, and then later on find an opportunity to kill her quietly without raising suspicion.
That was the 1990's, before Epstein owned his island. After Maria escaped, his power and influence grew, and he expanded his trafficking network beyond what anyone can possibly conceive. They were extremely well-connected and knew many billionaires. Ghislaine and Epstein were both pathological liars. They had delusions of grandeur, and told inconsistent stories about their lives to exaggerate their self-importance. They were extremely greedy and would nickel-and-dime everyone around them. They would refuse to pay employees on paydays, and on holidays give tacky plastic jewelry and completely act like they were real gold. They were also extremely charming. Ghislaine could make you feel like you were the center of the universe and then a moment later explode at you for upsetting her. Ghislaine was very short-tempered and so people obeyed her simply to avoid her outbursts. But Maria and others agreed that it felt like Ghislaine would "cast spells on you, like a witch." Though Maria adds, "she wasn't a very good witch." Most of the times her spells failed, but when they hit, they hit. She only needed to succeed once to lure a girl into the network.
This basically covers the story up to the first-hour of the interview. I couldn't stomach the final 30min.

That's a good question I'm not sure. I know they typically calculate it by subtracting average deaths in the year with the upspike of deaths during winter of that year but I don't know exactly what time interval (2-5 months, probably varying with temperature and climate?). Usually they don't have the data until the year after. It would be worth looking up.

Dem policies have created a massive housing crisis beyond comprehension that has priced all further generations out of the market. 1-bed apartments in any major city are $2,000/month minimum. 1 out of 4 homes sold in California are bought by Chinese citizens. Tens of thousands of homeless people have appeared in just the last 5yrs. Drug abuse is through the roof. Feces and needles everywhere. Taxes are super high now that you can't deduct state taxes from federal tax (recent Trump policy) effectively doubling tax rates. The PC culture is not nearly as popular as the media makes it out to be, though it is the majority culture in the bay area and Silicon Valley. Hollywood sex scandals, millions of illegal immigrants, etc. If California conservatives had 99% voter turnout we would beat the Dems. California has more Republicans than any other state, and if Trump made a concerted effort he could turn it red. Now is a rare and vulnerable time.
If Trump brings us all prosperity, then yes he is bringing prosperity to blacks too.
